Stevie

Oh shit, Ally passed out! Because of Stevie? Stevie is unsure of what to do. No one seems to notice that Ally passed out so she guesses she has to tell someone. She looks around and finds Helen, who talks to her older daughter Kimberly and her husband. 'Helen! Helen, Ally passed out!' Stevie whispered in her ear after walking over to her, 'It happened right after she noticed me. I think it's better for all when I leave.' 'What? Where? Ally!' Hellen yells concerned and looks around to find Ally. 'David! Carry Ally inside and put her in her old bed! Stevie, you come with me. We're gonna cool her down with wet towels.' Now, everybody noticed Ally's passing out and everybody tries to do something to help but all they do is stand in Helen's and David's way. Suddenly someone yells: 'Everybody get back to your seats! Ally is gonna be ok! You're annoying the shit outta me right now!' It is David who pushes his wife out of the way with his elbow. He has his daughter Ally on his arms and is about to carry her inside. Stevie can't really see what's going on, because tears blur her eyesight. That would have been her job. She would have carried Ally like that, like her bride. She would have taken care of Ally and make sure that she has everything she needs. To see someone else doing what she used to do makes her eyes wet. Pain fills her heart and gets pumped through her veins and reaches all body parts. She starts to shake and is about to pass out as well but Helen's shouted 'Stevie!' holds her back. She fights the tears back and takes a deep breath before she walks over to her ex-girlfriends mom. 'Helen', she tries to say but she has to clear her throat to find her voice. 'Helen, I think I'm gonna leave now.', she tries again. Not her best attempt but Helen can understand the words she is trying to say. 'Oh no, you're not! You can't make my daughter pass out and then leave! You're gonna help me cool Ally down.' Helen answers with consequence in her voice. With a softer voice she adds quietly: 'I know it's hard for you. But you guys have to face whatever that elephant between you two is and you need to talk. Desperately. I can't stand looking at two gorgeous and intelligent girls who run around like they just got told that all Disney stories are fake. C'mon Stevie! You guys are so much more than this shit!' She doesn't even let Stevie time to answer, she just turns around and enters the house through the huge backdoor made of glass and white painted wood. Stevie's mind is filled with arguments for and against staying but then she figures that Helen's right and she follows her inside. With an uncomfortable feeling, yes, but she is determined to ask all the questions who keep her up at night.
