Chapter 31 - Graduation day


BTW this is 2 weeks later and she's graduating from college and again read into every little detail, read carefully


Lilly's POV

"I'm so proud of you Lil," he smiles at me taking a picture of me in my cap and gown and my heels. I curled my hair this morning as well so my hair looks great.

"Aaaaw," I smile tilting my head.

"You know," he smiles cheekily as he tools my hair behind my ears.

"You look so sexy right now," he continues.

"Hehe," I giggle as he kisses me.

"Do we have time before we go," Luke smiles "no Luke sorry we don't,"

"Aaaw come on we haven't had sex in ages come on please lil," he moans.

"I wish we could but I STILL haven't started my period so we don't know when I'm gonna start," I sigh.

"Can't you take something!!" he moans

"I don't know and even if I could we have to go, Beau, Rosie Hannah Jai Skip James and Charlotte will be here soon," I explain.

The second I say this a car horn goes off outside and when we look out the window it's them.

"Come on then let's go to your graduation!" Luke cheers taking my hand and pulling me out the door.

"LILLY!!" Everyone shouts as I slide in the limo.

"Hi," I smile sitting next to Beau where there is a space next to me for Luke to sit.

"Are you exited!!" Charlotte asks "mmhmm and nervous," I smile.

Skip who's facing us takes his phone out and takes a pic of everyone facing him in the limo, so Me, Beau, Luke, Hannah, Rosie and half of Jai.

Then he takes a deportation one of me and Luke. "can you send them to me," he stares at my phone and smiles. oh he already has. "thanks," I smile.

"NO PROBLEM BITCHES!!!" He laughs.

Eventually, the limo parks up and we arrive. one by one we all hobble out the car.

When we're out I see my friend and ask her to take a picture of me and my friends - Beau, Luke, James, Jai, Skip, Charlotte, Hannah and Rosie.

She smiles and nods her head getting a picture of us all in our smart clothes and me in my graduation clothes in front of the limo.

"Thanks," I smile and then Luke gets a photo of me and her in out gowns.

We walk over to the college and I upload the 4 pictures I have so far on instagram.

Luke wraps his arm around my waist as we walk and kisses me on the cheek.

I can smell his lynx mmm he smells soo fit.

"Your around about eye level with me now your in heels," he laughs at my smallness.

"Shut up you giant," I chuckle as I slide my phone into the inside pocket of his suit.

"Don't leave your jacket any where!" I demand.

"I won't, I promise i'll keep your phone safe," he laughs.



Luke's POV

We all sit in a really boring service that seemed to go on for hours even Lilly is finding it boring we're both on our phones. Lilly's on candycrush and I'm just liking those photos on Instagram.

I feel Rosie nudge me "yeah," I whisper "do you want a sweet," she whispers holding the bag out.

"Yeah thanks," I whisper back taking the bag and grabbing a handful.

"Pass them down," she whispers

I nod my head and pass them to Lilly who then passes them to Jai who's next to her who passes them to Skip who is at the end. then skip passes them back.

We all start to unravel our sweets when we notice the silence and the fact that everyone is staring at us because we're making a racket.

"Oh sorry guys carry on with your errr beautiful service!!" Beau chuckles loudly.

Everyone stays looking at us for a while and then turn back around and carry on with the service.

I take out my phone and get a photo of lilly with her sweets and phone.

I send it to Lilly and almost instantly she puts it on Instagram.

"Lil, nows the exiting bit!!" I whisper and she smiles as the person at the front starts reading out people names.

Lilly's more or less at the top of the list because it's in alphabetical order and her last name begins with an A.

"Ben Alexander..."

I look at Lilly and smile. she passes me her phone and whispers "get ready to take lots of pictures!"

I nod and smile "will do!" as I turn the camera on. soon after we hear the words "Lilly Anderson..."

She gives a big cheesy smile and stands up from her seat. I decide to video he going up.

Everyone claps and we all cheer as loud as we can.

"WOOOOOOOOOOOH!!" I hear Rosie scream who is so loud I can't even hear me or Beau cheer and we are loud.

She walks over smiling so much I give her a big thumbs up and her smile widens even more.

They shake her hand and give her a medal and certificate.

"Thank you everyone err hi Luke,"she smiles beautifully waving at me with her certificate in her hand as she talks into the microphone.

"Thank you to everyone who supported me yay!!" she giddily cheers not knowing what to say.

She then runs off stage in her heels and hugs her friend.

"Katy Alahan..." They then shout but all I can really hear is Lilly giggling.

I turn the camera to face me and whisper "well done lil I'm so proud of you," and then I kiss the camera.

"Me too!" Rosie and Jai squeeze in just as I press the stop button on the camera.

Eventually, when the A's are all done they all stand in a line and bow. however lilly just to be awkward curtsies. then they all come and is back down.

Lilly runs over to us and sits down. I kiss her softly and hand her her phone. "well done lovely," I smile.

"Hehe Aaaw thanks Luke!! I can't believe I'm graduated!!" she loudly and happily giggles.

"Haha I know," I laugh passing her her phone.

She watches the video and screen shots where she shakes there hand, where she hugs her friend, where she talks into the microphone, where she holds up her certificate and where she curtsies.

Then she puts all those separate photos on Instagram. haha I should have guessed.

Aaw all them comments are so sweet.

Well done Lilly.

Haha I just graduated the other week.

Well done.

Aaaw I'm so proud of you I've loved you ever since I first saw you on Luke's keek.

Wow graduated!! well done.

Then I comment : yeah, well done babe I'm so proud of you, you really deserve that certificate.

I then put on the pic of us all in the limo, me and Lilly in the limo and us all outside the limo.

Then I put on the pic of we beautifully smiling as she shakes the professors hand, I write underneath : this girl Lilly means everything to me, and I am so proud of her she graduated to day, yay her. Well done Lil I love you soo much!!


I get a few nasty comments like :

fake love.

Why do you like her?

Eew she's ugly!!



But most of them are great comments like :

Aaaw that's so cute!!

How sweet!!

She's so pretty.

Aaww you must be well proud!

She's a pretty wee lasse isn't she!! - some Irish lad writes.


Lilly likes the photo. "aaw Luke, I love you soo much," she whispers in my ear giggling.

At the end of the service everyone stands up and starts to leave the great hall.

When we're outside lil gets a photo with her and about 8 friends all with their caps and gowns medals certificates.

She then gets one with we Hannah Rosie and Charlotte. Then one with just her and me and as usual they all go on Instagram in like seconds.

Everyone gathers together on the lawn and I start to film again, "3, 2, 1!!" everyone shouts then all cheer and clap as everyone throws there caps in the air.

"Wooooh!" we all clap, we live the caps to fall and I turn the camera to face us as I give her a huge kiss.

Lilly screenshots her throwing her cap in the air, then all the caps in the air and then the picture of us kissing with all the caps falling in the background.

Again, she puts them all on Instagram, haha I think she's addicted. I then put on the pic of her throwing her cap in the air and then us kissing.

"Right, shall we all start heading for the celebration meal!!" Jai shouts "yepp!" I smile popping the p.



Lilly's POV

"Aaaw bye everyone!" I wave as me as Luke get in the car and head home from the restaurant. that was the best celebration meal ever.

On the car journey home I upload some more pics we took at the meal, one of me and Rosie laughing and eating, its sweet that one, I like it, one of all of us at the restaurant except I'm no longer in my cap and gown, one where they give me the graduation cake, and one where we are all in the limo on the way to the restaurant where we are all opening the champagne and squirting it at each other.

I quickly get my cap and put it on again and take a selfie of me pulling a sad face, I upload it to Instagram and put : Aaaaw graduation over, I had such a great day even though I did throw up twice (again) haha thank you to all my friends and Luke for making it such a special day for me, I love you all.

Wow I've put on a lot of photos today, haha oh well.

Me and Luke arrive back at the hotel and collapse onto the bed.

"Ugh I'm so tired my feet are killing!!" I moan

"Haha I'm not surprised you walked around in heels all day!" Luke laughs.

"Mm yeah," I chuckle.

"So what's next for you?" Luke asks.

I giggle and sit up on the bed and smile cheekily.

"The Greek system!!" I smile

"Greek, you wanna go to Greek!"

"No, I wanna go to an American university that uses the Greek system!!" I smile excitedly

"Which one?" He asks "I'm not sure yet," I smile.

"I want you to come with me!!" I quickly add. "WHAT?! I don't really even know what the Greek system is!" Luke screeches shocked.

"It's where the university uses Greek traditions, E.G parties and sororities and faternities and parties and brother hood and sister hood and alcohol and parties!" I exclaim.

"Faternities, sororities what are they? your talking gibberish!!" he chuckles.

"Basically, in the university there are houses but they're more like big big big houses that all the sorority girls or faternity boys live in. Then on rush week all the houses try to get pledges that would be us, this is called rush, we go to all these different parties at the different houses and which ever one we like the best we join their faternity or sorority, sorority for girls and faternity for boys, that would make us pledges as we pledge to be there sisters or brothers. Then we stay there until we are seniors and no longer pledges when we graduate!" I shout excitedly as I think about it.

"Sounds confusing!!" Luke moans "it's not, its not, not when you get your head round it!!" I shout.

"Mmm," he sighs. "please Luke, I'm definitely going, my mum and grandma and great grandma and dad and uncle and other uncle and auntie went to a university that uses the Greek system please come with me!!" I beg.

"I'll sleep on it!" he sighs. I nod my head and smile "k,"

"Well done today I'm so proud of you!" Luke says again "I know haha, you've told me that lots today!" I giggle "I love you," he says.

"I love you too!" I smile.
