“Ella!” my friend screamed I looked out the window of my car and saw it a headlights coming towards us, I screamed and pulled away from the car me and Claire were gasping I looked at her and she had her hand over her heart “what the fuck was that! You could of killed us! Jesus Christ!” she yelled and I covered my ears

“i know Claire, I’m so sorry” I sighed leaning my head on the staring wheel

“It's OK Ella, I know you didn't mean to but next time I'M driving” Claire laughed and I rolled my eyes, I started the car again and backed out of someone's drive way, the car came out of no were! But I could of killed us both! “can I stay over tonight?” Claire asked me and I looked out the window

“yeah sure” I smiled at her knowing her dad must of kicked her out....again

“so how long do you think my dad will want me not to come home?” she asked

“probably a couple days, don't worry he'll come around” I rubbed my friends knee and smiled she nodded and turned on the radio and something about braking new came on she frowned and turned the station “whoa wait go back” I looked at her and she sighed then turned back to the K9.11 news

“yeah” I parked my car into my drive way and walked up to my door the lights were still on I unlocked my door and hung my coat up on the hanger

“Eleanor? Is that you dear?” my grandma's voice yelled from the kitchen I smiled and walked into the kitchen were grandma was cooking

“yes grams it's me and Claire, were is dad and mom?” I asked looking around

“your dad is working down at the police station and you mom is still at the hospital she got called in so she called me to look after ye” my grandma smiled

“hey grams!” Claire hugged my grandma and smiled, everyone calls her that it puts a smile on grandma's face,

“Hello Claire my dear how is things with your dad?” grandma asked

“not good, but I’m not giving up yet” Claire smiled and took a piece of bread and stuffed it in her mouth laughing

“yep!” we all laughed, grandma laid some chicken on our plates and we all ate, “how about we go watch T.V?” I asked
