Chapter I: Now You Know How to Wet Your Pants

Hi, I'm Cory. I'm twelve years old. I have a fifteen year old sister, and a seventeen year old brother. I'm pretty sure you know who my brother is. Ah! He's the great, the famous, Percy Jackson! Honestly, I don't see what's so great about him. He's just a normal guy. If he is famous, he never told me what he did that's so great. My sister, Penelope Jackson, and Idon't get so much attention.It sucks.Nobody believes me when I try to tell them that Percy is my brother. Now, that really sucks.

Now, I'm sure you wanna know some facts about me. I have a best friend. Yeah. His name is Lance. He's a little strange. In class, he always blurts out goat noises, and he chews on his luch tray at lunch. His legs are extremely muscular, and he thinks that he can just 'talk' to animals. My father is also strange. He's always talking to Percy about water. Yes, water. 'Why water?' you might ask? I don't know. My sister likes to play in the rain. Not just sprinkling rain. Thunderstorms. So yeah, welcome to my weird life.

Speaking of weird, the weirdest thing happened last night. Percy came home, beaten up. Scars, bruises, and all. He obviously got into another fight. He got into the shower. I had to pee badly, so I waited for Percy to finish his shower. Just hearing the water drip made me need to pee even more. Bad news: We only have one bathroom. Six minutes passed, and Percy was finally finished. When he came out, all of his wounds and scars were gone. He was completely dry. Not a patch of water on any part of his skin. Fir some reason, he started laughing.

"What're you laughing at?!" I yelled. He pointed at my pants. I looked down, and sure enough I had wet my pants. I was so embarrassed. That was the first and last time I ever waited on Percy to finish a shower.
