Chapter Two

Yo u do know what is expected of you, correct, Aliyah?” he asks her. The man is an Elite Mega Class Prince, however he was built like a warrior of the Super Class, although his power contradicts his appearances, he is the definition of a Mega Go-Lahu Prince and is on the road to becoming an Elite Ultimate Warrior Prince.

“Yes, sir,” Aliyah slightly bows her head to him. “I do.”

“Then what is your purpose in life? Your purpose to me?”

“My purpose is to serve the Supreme Empress Jihtayah, rival of the Legendary God of Supremacies. My purpose is to train to my fullest potential so that I may carry on my task given to me.”

“And what is the task given to you?”

After a moment of slight hesitation, Aliyah spoke, “I have no idea, Sire, forgive me, but I do yet know that task as of now.”

The Elite Mega grins slyly, as if he approved of her pleading ignorance. As a matter of fact, he did. He knew exactly what her task is and it was his job to make sure she was kept in the dark; uninformed, until the proper time. It was his job to make sure she did not know of it until the moment was right, and that moment would come when she has successfully completed all of her training. “Are you sure?” he asks her in a fake yet convincing stern voice.

She lowered her gaze even more, “Y-y-yes, Sire,” she stammered. Aliyah was now nervous for her life. Had she failed him? After all of her success, what would her punishment for not knowing her sole purpose be? No, she mustn’t think of it, she feared it would be the worst. Then, a thought appeared in her head, an image…of a person. A boy… about 14-years-old. This thought, this image, this memory is so old! The boy was smiling brightly, as if he had all the happiness in the world. He was smiling a smile that could warm any heart. Any heart. She closes her eyes so she could envision this long lost boy more clearly. Who was he?! She could not remember but she felf as if she knew him!

“Aliyah!” a voice quietly echoed in her thoughts. “Aliyah!” it calls again, this time, it was louder and closer than before. Much closer. “ALIYAH! ” the voice roared, completely breaking her trance.

Opening her eyes, she could see the Elite Mega, “Yes, Sire?” her voice lighter than before, feeling more at ease with memory recovery.

“What did you see?”

Huh? How had he known that she saw something?! Oh, no! Something was amiss. Terribly amiss. “I saw…” her voice trails off into the distance. “A boy. He was about fourteen years old—I am sure that this is an old memory so he is probably older now. He—”

What boy?!” he interrupts, demanding to know. He sounded…worried. Concerned. He seemed disturbed; bothered. “Give me a thorough description of him.”

“He was smiling, African-Amercian. His eyes were almost hazel and had a bit of a muscular build to him…”

“Wings?”

“What?”

“White ones?”

“Huh?”

“Did he have pure white wings?”

“No” she replies. “Why would he?” she demanded to know, although it was not her place to ask any questions.

“DO NOT QUESTION ME, CHILD!” the Mega Thundered—point proven—and regained his composure. “Anyhow it does not matter at the moment, just as long as he did not have any wings. Now go and find the Ultimate Class Princess Wei, she is the leader of all four Elite Warrior Classes.”

“Sire?” Aliyah raises a brow, “I thought we were to locate her as a team?”

That is exactly why you should not question me! I know you are ready to finish your training without me. I know your true potential and I know what you are capable of, and you are truly capable of finding the Ultimate alone. But you should know, that once you find her, you are finding Hell times three. She is a force not to be reckoned with and knows what she is doing. So do not question anything she says or does, for everything about her has a purpose.”

Even after everything he’s put her through, over the past few years, Mega has grown on Aliyah, and she began to see him as a father figure. He took her in and treated her with more respect than anyone over the last two years, hell! He’s taught her everything she knows and more about the Go-Lahu and combat. “Sire,” she says softly.

“Child,” the Mega lifts her chin, so he could look into her gorgeous, alluring diamond blue eyes, “we have been through much together. But it is now time for us to part ways. I will see you once you achieve making it to your final challenges: The Trials.”

Challenges? What could he possibly mean by that?! Challenges. What a laugh! And a scary one at that! Aliyah thought about what he said, ‘you are ready to finish your training without me’. As she thought about this, the Elite Mega kisses her on the forehead and walks away. Once he was twenty feet away from her, he teleports; disappearing in thin air. Just. Like. That.

Challenges. She did love a good one, did she not?

Well of course she did! So this would be exciting to her throughout the entire journey. As she turned and spread her black wings, the boy’s image popped up in her face again and she smiles, “I will find out who you are. Even if it kills me.” And at that, She flapped her all six of her wings that were as dark as the witching hour with no lights and took flight into the nights sky.
