Josh's POV
I was so glad that Kennedy forgave me. I was really surprised though , I wasnt expecting her too, but I'm glad. I'm scared that Im going to fall for her because I know that I'm going to, especially since I'm loving her new hair. It's fucking awesome. Wait, no. I can't fall for her. She belongs to Matt and I need to respect that she's moved on, plus I have Amanda, and I really really like her. I think.
After we got to Matt's place me and Kennedy went out so we can catch up and hopefully fix our broken bond. We were driving around trying to figure out where to go when a song came on the radio. I turned up the volume and listened to it. The voice sounded familiar but I wasnt sure what from.
Then Kennedy started to sing along with it and it hit me. I started smiling like an idiot, it was her.

Kennedy's POV
Josh and I decided to go out for a drive to try and mend our broken friendship or whatever you want to call it. As we drove down the road my song came on the radio so I decided to sing along with it. As I sang I looked over at Josh and noticed him smiling, I really miss seeing him like this. Makes me wish we could go back in time almost. Anyways. As Josh is driving I point out a sign that says 'English Bay' and suggest we go there.
-5 mins later-
We pull into a parking stall that is right by the beach. We hop out of the car and start heading towards the water. I notice a perfect spot under some trees where can sit and walk towards it with Josh trailing not too far behind.
I sat down and patted a spot next to me signalling him to sit beside me, he does. We sat in awkward silence but finally he piped up "Sooooo that was your song that came on the radio?"
"It sure was" I chuckled. I couldnt think of anything to say to him, it was really weird not being able to open up to him. "I really missed you, ya know" I spoke up "Even though I know I was the one who left. You were always on my mind,and it really helped me getting sober. Knowing that you were getting help and focusing on your music." He just stared at me with a blank expression on his face. "Do you know how hard it was for me when you left? How much more you made me want to use again? You leaving made my life hell." he said shaking his head. "Im really sorry, I know it was hard for you but it was hard for me in there, and yes but i know you're strong and that you were able to push through it. Im sorry for what i put you through." I said looking at the ground
He looked off towards the water, letting out a sigh "I need to get out of here" he spoke "Ok where do you want to go?" I casually asked. "No i need to be by myself right now" He said getting up and turning towards the car "You're just going to leave me here?!" i said shocked "yup" he yelled back.

Josh's POV
I got up and started to walk back towards the car "You're just going to leave me here?!" Kennedy said sounding somewhat shocked "yup" I bluntly yelled back at her. I opened the car door and hopped in, watching her stand up. I started the car up as she was getting closer and as she almost reached the car I saluted her and took off not looking back.
I kept driving and driving until i realized that her phone was in the car. Instead of going back to pick her up i decided to call Matt. "Hey its Josh you might want to get Kennedy from English Bay because i left her there" I said hanging up.
