Chapter 24

Niall

"this is my boyfriend..niall.."

Liam's parent's eyes grow wide again, smiles still on their faces as they stare at me, a blush on my cheeks as Liam squeezes my hand. they say nothing but continue to just stare at me, liam coughing dramatically which makes them come back to their senses.

"you're serious though, right?" she asked, staring at liam now. liam nodded, his left arm around my waist as I then rest my head on his shoulder.

"I'm totally serious, mum.. I know we haven't spoken in a while and I didn't want to tell you certain things through the phone but I've changed.. because of this beautiful boy." my blushed intensified. Liam's mum smiled more.

"well I'm so happy for you.. we honestly knew that you were gay, son.. but you had to go through a lot of women, huh?" liam sighed but frowned.

"how did you know that I was gay?" he asked. his mum chuckled, his dad laughing gently. "you wore dresses, wore your sister's makeup, wore heels, and said your name was Rosy Payne." I instantly cooed at liam, giggling as he began to blush.

"aww.. my Liam was a little princess.. that's so adorable." he grins and rubs my side. "well you're my princess now, love." my cheeks continue to heat up as he laughed. that heavenly laugh.

"oh I almost forgot dear.. my name is Karen and this is Geoff." I smiled and shook their hands with my free one. "nice handshake.. good job, son." liam chuckled as my ears began to burn.

"mom.. dad.. my little princess is a tomato now.." I quickly buried my face in his neck after his words.

"he sure is.. you two have fun and do what you like. the roof is absolutely beautiful for couples so go check that out, okay?" Karen said before giving Liam kisses to his cheeks, then the same to me.

"have a great time, niall." Geoff said with a firm smile. he then walked off with Karen to the other adults.

I look at liam who is a smiling mess. "I didn't think that my parents would react like that.." I chuckled with a big smile.

"well they did and I couldn't be happier to meet my other parents. thank you for bringing me here, Li." he nods then plants a kiss to my cheek.

"why don't we go to the roof now? I know that it is beautiful and it is another reason why I brought you here." I nodded quickly.

"let's go, Li." I said with a grin. I pulled him along to the elevator afterward.

as we made it onto the roof, smiles etch onto our faces again as we look at the beautiful scenery. "this is absolutely gorgeous, Li.. I can't believe that they do this for the parties.." he smiled as he sighed.

lights were hung across tree branches from the thin but tall trees, chairs set up in a circle in the middle area, a cute picnic area next to it with green grass, the view of the beautiful sky up above as it shines down onto it.

there are are bars on the left and right of the two areas, a woman and a man in each place as a few people are enjoying themselves, smiles on their faces. this is the best thing to see.

"I love this, Li.. let's sit on the grass, yeah?" He nods before going over to the grass, his hand holding mine still as we smile together.

we sit down on the grass together, looking up at the blue sky that seems to be more beautiful than ever before.

liam takes out snacks from the large picnic basket, handing me a bag of trail mix which makes me giggle. "do they have any yogurt in here as well?" I ask as he then looks in the cooler next to it.

"in this cooler they do.." I laughed gently. "of course they do.. this is great.." liam continued to smile. he then wrapped an arm around my waist as he held me close. I began to eat to the trail mix before Liam's parents came over to us.

"how is this view, huh?" Karen asked us as her and Geoff sat down next to us.

we all looked up at the sky together, goofy smiles on our faces as I sigh. "this is such a nice thing to see.. this makes me less stressed and I love it.." Karen frowned. "why would you be stressed, love?" she asked before I began to turn a light red color.

"well uhm.. I'm pregnant, Karen.."
