He wanted to hear the sound of her voice, even while she was gone." I spoke sadly. I looked at Sonic, who had the exact same expression as me. Destroyed.

"So NICOLE... Is the voice of a dead girl?" Sonic asked sadly. "*sigh* yup. Poor Dr. Ellidy didn't ask the world for anything.... He just wanted his daughter back." I added with a depressed tone. "What about the living, walking NICOLE? How that happen?" Sonic as me.

"One night, years ago... NICOLE was born."

3:45 AM, Acorn Kingdom

*CCCRRAASSSHHHH*

"What the hell was that??" I said loudly, as I sat up in my bed. I listened for a moment, for anything unusual. But I didn't hear anything...? Huh. Maybe I was just imagining it. I pulled my covers back over my cozy pajamas, and laid back down. I love my pajamas. White with acorns on them. Fuzzy as hell.

I then closed my eyes beginning to drift again, into my celebrity fantasy dream.

*CCCRRASSSHHHHH*

"WHAT!!" I yelled again, annoyed. I immediately got up, and looked around my room, for a weapon... What? It might be an intruder! Anyway, I grabbed the wooden bat I always hide behind my door, and slowly creeped through my door.

"Who's there!" I yelled in the hallway. And like every movie ever, there was no answer. But, there was a bright green light. Okay, that's odd. I saw the bright light illuminating from the corner of the hallway. Spooky. "H-hello... Who's there!" I started to shake in fear.

I stood at the edge of the hallway, paralyzed with terror. I couldn't even move. Then, the light got brighter. It's coming! There was a silhouette of an animal with long ears hovering towards me. I could see its shadow glowing on the wall.

The light was at its brightest, as I saw the figure slowly hover around the corner. It was... A lynx? A GIRL Lynx?? "W-who are you!" I held the bat in front of me, shaking. "Well... I'm Nicole." She dropped to the flood with a friendly smile.

...wait...

I instantly dropped the bat... And my jaw. I then stared at her, wth large eyes. "You're-.. Wait, what? How?!" I asked in shock. I looked in her hand, and saw NICOLE's portable device. "I'm sorry... I just thought I'd surprise you.. Surprise!" She shyly cheered.

"You.. You have emotions.." I continued to stare at her. This.. This is incredible! One of MY creations, is ALIVE!! And walking!! "I wanted to finally see the stars.. As you do." NICOLE then smiled. Oh my god....

That just melted my heart.

"Well then, let's go see some stars!!" I said happily, and grabbed her hand. She and I both then went out into the kingdom, and laid on a hill. From there, we both talked, and stared at the stars.

"Ho. Ly. Lord." Sonic responded, mesmerized. Really... That's your reaction..? "That.. Is one dope story." He said with large eyes. "I wouldn't call it dope... But I really never found out how she created her own physical form. All I know, is how she picked which form to take, the Lynx. She told me once she was new to emotions, she discovered Google. And the first thing she saw was a brown Lynx, so it just stuck. She scanned the animal personally and well, here she is." I explained to him.

He just gave me a stupid stare. What the fu- is he retarded? "So.. She's like a transformer.. Cool." His face then turned to a retarded grin. "*sigh* yes...GAAHH you're impossible..." I complained. "Wait... Who was the scientist guy who's daughter is NICOLE's voice?" Sonic asked me.

"Dr. Ellidy. Why?" I answered him. It'd be a miracle if he knew him. "Old man, white fluffy hair?" Sonic questions. "Yes.. Are you telling me that you- "No. Not personally, anyway. My Uncle Chuck knew a man named Ellidy that worked.. In... The.... Kingdom..... Oh." His sentence stopped.

"You doofus! How'd you know him but not know Nikki!" I scolded him. "Well I didn't know who you were talking about! It could have been ANY Ellidy! And NICOLE's programming could have been ANY Nikki!" He tried to argue. So yeah I'm stuck in a cave with the biggest boob I've ever met.

"So that's all I am huh.." I then heard NICOLE. I quickly looked up, and saw her standing in front of me. The expression on her face was heartbreaking. I was speechless. Even Sonic, had an ashamed expression.

"So that's what I am?.. Made to be just another machine with a dead girl's voice.." NICOLE stared at me, obviously trying to hold back tears. "No, no no no! NICOLE I mad-  "You lied to me this whole time! I wasn't your idea to be a personal assistant, or an artificial person, or even your only friend! But just a reincarnation of a dead girl!!" NICOLE began to yell, now starting to cry.

Oh my god.. I can't believe she thinks... "NICOLE I..." I stopped. I didn't know what to say or how to explain this to her. "You what? You just created me to be used? Go ahead! Say it!!" She shouted. This just broke my heart. I've never seen her so... Destroyed.

"H-how could you..." Her voice dropped, as she sobbed. "I promise it isn't what it sounds like!" I stood up face to be even with her. "WHAT IS IT THEN!!" She screamed with tears. "NICOLE.. Maybe she- "Shut up Sonic!! Don't even defend her! You know it as well as I do, don't you!" She yelled at Sonic.

"She's just-  "DON'T YOU!!" She screamed at him. He fell silent and looked at me. My heart just split in two.. This is the girl I created... Made into my best friend. The best friend I'll ever have. "Tell me Sally.. What other lies are you hiding from me?... Am I even your creation?" She stopped, while crying.

I kept my mouth closed, about to cry myself. NICOLE then turned around, walking back to her corner. But she stopped, and looked back at me. ".. And to think... I thought we were best friends.." She sobbed. And just like that, she disappeared, back into her portable tablet.

"B-but NICOLE...." I dropped to my knees, crying. "W-we are best friends..."
