Explosion Of Fury - Xander Pierce

I was turning seventeen today. There was really nothing eventful about this day, it just meant I probably had less than a year left on this earth.

What's the use of being the stronger supernatural and having great powers but I can't even save myself.

"Xander, come on! We need to go!" The door was flung open and my younger brother yelled these words at me.

"Gail, what's wrong?!" I asked frantically.

He ignored me and I heard him open a bag of sorts and my drawers were pulled open.

"Are you packing clothes?"

"Yes, we need to leave!"

With that I felt arms under my leg and around my back as my brother lifted me off the bed. He began to run with me, I heard the sound of an explosion of sorts. There was also screaming....from a very familiar voice.

"Dad!" I screamed.

Gail stopped because he heard it too. He then clutched me tighter to his chest and started to run again.

I started to pound o his chest like crazy, screaming. "That's Dad! He'd hurt! Stop!"

"I can't....Father said no matter what we have to leave. No matter what happens...I'm so..." He was cut off by an explosion next to us.

I felt myself falling from my brother's arms.

"Xander!" He yelled.

My back hit hard wood as I rolled down what seemed like stairs. A grunt left my lips as I hit my head on the last one before coming to a stop, landing on my chest.

I groaned in pain. I laid there my body was aching and my ears were still ringing. I was just going to stay there when I picked up on a scent. The scent of blood, My Dad's Blood. I started to crawl in the direction of the scent. The glass scraped at my skin yet I continued forward.

There was a slight whimper somewhere in the room. "Hello?" I asked out, I didn't get a reply.

There was coughing then groaning. And at last a low whisper. "Xander."

"Daddy.."

"Baby, don't come over here. Hide...try and hide and wait for your father or another pack member to find you but don't stay here."

"Dad, what do you mean? I won't leave you here!"

"Go, Alex will find you soon."

There were footsteps from the opposite end of the room. The voice that sounded out was the one I expected least. "Look who it is." Zuri said.

I was about to call out to her when I heard what she said next. "The Alpha's worthless human bitch."

"You-You...how did you escape from the dungeon."

Zuri laughed. "It was quite easy actually, I have a rat in this pack that helped me."

There was the sound of a gun being loaded.

"You don't have to do this, Zuri."

"Yes, I Do!" She screamed. "Your bitch ass Alpha killed my mate so I'll kill his."

"Fabio deserved to die."

"Don't fucking say anything about my mate or I'll blow your brains out."

"You bitch." Dad hissed.

Zuri laughed. "Why, thank you but if that's all I'm afraid I'll have to kill you now."

The gun sounded off and my Dad screamed out in absolute pain and terror. It sounded off twice more and Dad's screams turned into silence.

I reached my hand out and screamed. "NOOOOOOO!!" I screamed. "Mom!" I only called him that in moments of desperation, and this was more than a moment of desperation.

As I screamed I felt my body heat up, It felt like My wolf Killion was trying to come forth. I was too distraught to stop him, so I stepped down.

My body filled with newly found strength, more strength than I've felt before.
