Bad Boy Kisses

C h a p t e r T e n

After soccer practice, I went home to shower and to get dressed. After my shower I called Dylan, who swapped numbers with me in class earlier, while I did my makeup.

"Hello?" He answered

"Hey D it's Cameron!" I said while applying mascara. "the gang and I were going out to eat and hang out later. Wanna come?"

It was quiet on the other end of the phone before he answered. "Sure? Where to?"

"We were thinking of going to B-dubbs. Alec, Troy, Kit, Stevie, and I are going, and I was hoping you'd come too." I explained while slipping on a Pink, mint green hoodie, ripped dark washed jeans, and a pair of high top converse.

"Sounds good. I'll see you there!" He said before he hung up.

I pulled my hair into a bun, grabbed Bryce and headed out to Buffalo Wild Wings to meet up with everyone.

"Bry. Wake up bud." I said as I shook him. He fell asleep on the drive over here once I turned on the radio. I looked up once he was settled on my hip and saw everyone except for Steve waiting on he benches at the door.

"Where's Steve?" I asked to no one in general once I reached the group.

"He had a family dinner. His sisters are in town tonight I guess." Kit answered me. She opened her arms and walked towards me. "Come here little B!" She took Bryce and twirled him around as he laughed.

By the time we had sat down, Dylan had arrived and we all ordered. Everyone seemed to like him. Alec,Troy, and him all seemed to be getting along the best. Bryce sat in the middle of Kit and I and we all ate and laughed along with everyone else.

"Hey Cammy? Isn't that the ugly and boring guy we tricked after soccer practice?" Bryce said as he pointed to a corner booth across the room. In it sat two model status girls, and three guys. I bet you already know; so yes, one of those three guys is the one and only Grey Dawson. Just fucking great. NOT.

Just when I thought that it couldn't get better, he fucking looked straight at me. At first his face showed confusion. But that quickly morphed into a smirk as he whispered something to the guy sitting closest to him and got up.

"Cammy?" I heard Bryce say again.

I watched as Grey made his way over to our table. He pulled a chair over towards me and sat in it. By this time, all eyes were on him.

"Um. Cameron? Would you like to introduce us to your friend?" Kit said giving me a wink.

" he's not my friend" I grumbled while twirling my unused fork around. Why do they even put forks here? For the boneless wings? If you go to a wing place and get boneless wings the we can't be friends.  Sorry not sorry.

Grey cleared his throat before he spoke. "Well, guys my name is Grey. You probably know me from around school."

Alec stood up and shook his hand "I'm Alec, that's Troy, Dylan, Kit, and Cam's little brother Bryce."

Everyone got up and shook his hand except for Bryce. And me of course.

"Hey! You are the ugly and boring guy from the parking lot!" Bryce shouted, standing up in his seat and putting his arms out for Grey to hold him.

"Bryce. Sit down. You're not a baby anymore and not everyone wants to hold you." Even though I do baby him, I try not to.

Grey chuckled, " Nah it's cool little dude" he picked him up and took in the seat that was once Bryce's.

"Sure just go ahead and and sit down here why don't ya?" I grumbled.

"Oh. I'm sorry babe, was this seat taken?"

"Aaawww how cute" Troy mocked from across the table. " they already have pet names for each other!"

"You should invite your friends over here. We can pull up another table. " kit offered. Grey agreed and went to go get the four people still sitting at his previous booth.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?!?!?! I don't want him or his hooligan friends to sit with us!" I whisper shouted as I pulled Bryce out of his chair and into my lap.

"Oh shut up." Kit said rolling her eyes as she munched on a French fry. "You know you like him. It's obvious. The way you blush when he stands close to you, the way you get all defen- Oh hey guys! What's your names?"

I turned around to see Grey with the four people I saw sitting at the booth with him standing behind him.

"This is Xavier but we call him Xay and this is his girlfriend, Destiny. This is Zachary but you can call him Zach and that's his girlfriend, Lena." Grey said as he pointed to everyone.

Xavier was a super tall, brunette with small tattoos on each of his fingers and a lip ring. He wasn't as tall as Grey or Zach, but he was still a skyscraper. Destiny was a slim, dirty blonde who looked like she'd fit in with the popular crowd. Not like the popular crowd in mean girls, just the type that everyone knew. Ya know?

Zach was almost the polar opposite to Xay. He was blonde with brown tips and had tattoo sleeves instead of small ones. He was super buff, not as bulky as Grey but- no. Stop it Cam. Lena seemed like the shy type. She stood as if she was trying to hide behind the others but didn't want to show it. She had long, jet black hair that reached the middle of her back.

After they had pulled up another table, they sat down which their food and Grey sat down in Bryce's old seat. He was now sitting in my lap playing Hill Climb on my phone. It was one of the many apps that he had downloaded onto there.

Our group just seemed to be multiplying and I'm not sure how I felt about it. Everyone was getting along so I guess that was a plus.

"Hey Cameron, T and I are gonna head out." Alec said standing up.

"Okay. Love you boo! By T!" I said as they handed me some money for their food and hugged me.

"Love you too whore!" Alec shouted only once he was at the door of the restaurant.

It turns out that Grey's friends were really nice. The guys kept making dirty jokes but it was okay. I mean, if you don't laugh at dirty jokes then why are you living? The girls were actually just like me and Kit and I can see us hanging out. Once we were all done eating we all pitched in our fair share for the food and left.

Bryce fell asleep on the way home so I carried him up to his room, put him in his pajamas, and tucked him in. After that I went into my room and put on a sports bra and a pair of plaid pajama bottoms. I hopped into bed and watched reruns of Criminal Minds on Netflix until I fell asleep.

Btw. The way you pronounce "Xay" is with a Z. Like "Zay". Pretty simple.

What'd ya think? I hope it's good. I'm not that great of a writer and this feels like just a filler chapter but I enjoy it soooooo yeah lol. It's super late on Monday lol. 11:49 lol. BUT ITS STILL MONDAAAYYYYY!!!
