Double Date

Vanessa POV

"Nessa! Nessa!" Kelly whispered yelled in my ear.

"What Kelly I'm trying to sleep." I whined.

"Well I need to go back to my dorm so I can get some clean clothes."

"Ok fine I'm up." I put my hands up. "Find me an outfit." I went into my bathroom connected to my room shutting to door doing my hygiene and using the restroom. After I was done I went back into my room seeing an outfit laid out across my bed but Kelly no where in sight.

I put on the outfit she laid out then made my way down stairs. I walked into the living to not see Kelly.

"Kelly!" I yelled throughout the house.

After I notice Kelly wasn't in the house. I pulled out my phone calling her.

"Hey Boo what's up?" Kelly answered.

"Where you at?"

"You was taking to long and your new roommate said he would take me since he got practice on campus."

"Oh ok well ill talk to you later."

"Ight ill talk to you later." She hung up.

After she hung up I decided to go visit my parents. I hadn't talked to them in a long time and I miss them.

I walked up the steps of my parents house knocking on the door.

"Oh hey honey." My mom embraced me in a warm hug. "I missed you why haven't you came to visit us in a while until now." My mom moved aside letting me in.

"I had a lot of school work to do I'm sorry momma ill visit more often" I found my way in the kitchen and made myself a plate of food my momma had sitting on the stove.

"Ok good, and get you dirty hands out my food go wash yo hands." my momma popped my hands.

"Owwe mommy I'm hungry just let me eat." I sat down eating.

"Next time wash yo hands." She walked out. I got on my phone scrolling through Instagram.

"Hey baby girl" My dad entered the kitchen with my mom right behind them.

"Hey dad" I stood up and hugged him.

"What's new?"

"Nothin just trying to make it through this last year of college that's all."

"She need a boyfriend, I bet you get lonely" My mom snickered

"Mom!" I exclaimed. "I'm not lonely" I laughed

"If you do got or get a boyfriend you better bring them over here so I can meet the little nigga."

"Imma leave before we have the sex talk again." I walked out the kitchen laughing. "Ill talk to you guys later!" I walked out the house and to my car starting it up and going home since today is Sunday and I don't have nothing plan today.

I was sitting on my couch watching TV and eating some popcorn I made. I looked over at the time on my phone that read 7:23. 'Dang where did time go?' I thought as I stood up throwing my popcorn bag away.

I heard the front door open and loud laughter.  I peaked my head from the kitchen and into the front room to see about three dudes and Brandon. Dang Brandon look finer in the light.

"Dang bro you didn't tell us yo roommate was a female and fine" One of the dudes saw me making me lean back into the kitchen. Then I heard foot steps coming close.
