Hurt and Betrayal

Vanessa POV

"Kelly shut up that's not funny." I laughed at her being crazy. We just got out of class and walking back to her dorm to do some homework.

"You Vanessa?" A random female walked up on us. She looked to be Hispanic with a thick accent.

"And who is asking?" Kelly asked back with attitude in her voice.

"Well Vanessa imma need you to stay away from my man." She looked at me.

"Who yo man?" I asked hoping she wouldn't say Brandon.

"Brandon. Every since you came along he stop coming by for my needs. But the other day he came for the first time in months. And I missed him so just stay away ok?" She looked pissed.

"Wait did you just say he came by the other day? What day was it?" I asked trying to sound normal as possible without showing I was hurt.

"It was like on the first of this month." She was in her thoughts.

"I have to go." I speed off walking away. I hoped in my car I put in the key about to drive off but I felt like all my energy was drained out of me. 'what did I do wrong for him to cheat on me?' I cried. I heard my passenger door open. I kept my head down and cried.

"Why would he go out and cheat?" Kelly wonder while she rubbed my back.

"I think because I told him I was not ready to meet his parents and he stormed out." I spoke.

"That don't give him no reason to go and cheat!" Kelly raised her voice. "Imma go him and beat his ass.

"No Kelly please not now." I pulled her hand away from the door handle. "Lets just go to your dorm and do some homework or something."

"For now but imma have to talk to his cheating ass." She shook her head

We got out of my car and head back to her dorm.

"Kelly that's you?" Pam yelled from another room.

"Yeah and Vanessa with me!" Kelly yelled back and Pam sucked her teeth. "I'm not in the mood today for your bull today Pam so calm down before I come in there and beat yo ass!" Kelly stormed in her room with me walking in right behind her like a sad puppy.

I plopped down on her bed and silently let the tears roll down my cheeks.  'Maybe all guys are dogs.' I thought. I looked down at my phone seeing it was ringing. I looked at it and it was Brandon. I looked up to see Kelly looking back at me.

"Here." Kelly took the phone answering it. "She cant speak to you right now!" Kelly yelled at him. She hung up the phone and powered my phone off. "Come on lets just do this homework. We to young to be stressing" Kelly said being a little dramatic making my smile. I'm glade I have her when I need her. She can make me feel better and will solve any problem if she can.

"Its getting late but I don't want to go back home can I spend the night?" I wondered.

"Yeah of course but I don't want you running away from your problems so when every your ready your going to have to talk to him." Kelly told me, I nodded. I put on some of her clothes to sleep in since she was taking a shower and fell asleep. I didn't notice how tired I was until I hit the pillow on the bed.

The next morning I got up early and took a shower putting on some more of Kelly's clothes to wear.

"You better bring back my shirt! I like that one." Kelly said with her eyes still closed.

"You don't even know what I'm wearing your eyes are still closed." I chuckled

"So I like all my shirts. Just bring it back. But you got a morning class this morning?"

"Ok. But yeah I do. I see you later." I grabbed my stuff walking out.

'I'm so curious how our conversation will be turn out when I see and talk him.' I thought.

I was almost to my class when I seen Brandon walking with a few other guys laughing. I ran into the closest bathroom and hid there.

'What am I doing hiding?' I sighed walking out the bathroom with my head down.

"Nessa?" I looked up to see I walked right into Brandon. Wow just my luck. "Why haven't you answered none of my calls? You had me worried. Can we talk now?" Brandon asked.

I tried speaking but it was like I had a big lump in my throat. I looked at him then behind him to see his friends was just watching us. I felt so embarrassed I bet they knew he was cheating on me. I bet I look dumb right now.

I pushed pasted Brandon and his friends and ran all the way to my class.

'Well so much for talking to him' I sat down and started my work.

Brandon Cheated!  Wow he bout to get cussed out whe Kelly see him... Will  this be the last of Brandon and Vanessa?.....
