Chapter 35

"Emily Robin you are fired from Modest"

You're kidding me right.

"Look I'm on my way to discuss this" I hung up not giving my one of many bosses a chance to tell me I couldn't.

"What was that about?" Harry asked

"Um well I just got fired but I'm not going down without a fight"

"I'm sorry Em"

"Harry it's fine. I'd much rather you than a job"

Soon we pulled in the parking lot of Modest. Let's get this over with. I got out of the car and Harry and I walked to the main office which was Lucy's. As soon as she saw us she looked furious. We sat in front of her desk waiting for her speech of doom.

"What is the meaning of this?!" She handed us pictures of Harry and I like from 10 minutes ago.. They were of us holding hands and walking/running to the car from the paps.

"Look I can't be their manager seeing them all day every day and have to not be in a relationship with Harry. I was his girlfriend before I was his manager heck I was his girlfriend before he was famous! It happens all the time so why is it such a big deal down!" Ooooo burnn. I totally just burned her. I can see the steam coming out of her ears.

"Amber come in my office" She phoned into I'm guessing Amber's office.

Harry and I held eye contact for a few seconds before Amber walked in. They started whispering things I tried to make out but couldn't. Lucy I think wanted to let us be together but from the looks of it Amber wasn't budging. She was always so strict and I hated that.

"Emily it's either Harry or Modest" I didn't even have to think about my answer

"Fine then I guess I don't work here anymore. C'mon Harry let's go" I guess I'll find a different job. I stood up and we made our way to the door. Just as I was about to shut it behind me Amber called me back in.

"Wait" I turned around hoping I could keep the job "You are one of the most important manager's we have had so you can keep the job and it would be impossible to find anyone else to be on tour with the band..so we are keeping you and you and Harry can keep dating" Wait what. Seriously.

"Really?!" I said glancing back at Harry who was smiling ear to ear

"Yes now go enjoy the rest of your day" I smiled then Harry and I shut the door. Harry picked me up by my waist and spun me around. I sunk back down to the floor and he planted his lips on mine. I could feel him smiling through the kiss.

"Let's go on that date I promised you" At first I was confused but then I remembered what he was talking about.

"Okay where are we going?"

"I don't know but I'll figure it out" He smiled grabbing me hand and basically sprinting to the car.

"Harry slow down" I said trying to keep up with him. He stopped and I jumped on his back then he continued running to the car. I got in the car and as soon as Harry did he drove off to wherever we were going. He seemed to know exactly where he was taking us but I knew he wouldn't tell me where.

I turned up the radio and the first thing I heard was Harry's name.

"Are Harry Styles and Emily Robin back together? Just last week he was with Cara, a Victoria Secret model. Is he cheating on her with ex girlfriend? We'll get back to you after the commercial"

I shut it off. I was kind of angry considering Cara and Harry were one, never dating and two, are not fake dating anymore.

"Don't let it bother you Em" Harry said calmly

"Yeah I guess"

"Ok we are almost here so close your eyes" I did as he said

"Are they closed?"

"Yes Harry"

"You sure?"

"Yes now drive" We both were laughing now. I felt the car start moving again. A few minutes later it came to a stop and I kept my eyes closed. Harry opened my door and led me out blindly.

"Still closed?"

"Yes Harold"

"Harold?!"

"Are we almost there I can't see anything"

"Yes you can open"

I gasped when I opened my eyes. I couldn't believe Harry.
