Mark was so kind and sweet. As we played the game, Mark aloud me to scoot right up next to him. He even let me grip his arm. My mind and heart was racing as I felt his muscles. I was getting sleepy though. I rested my head on his shoulder, drifting off to sleep every now and then. I suddenly felt a tap on my shoulder. Looking up I stop at the brown, glistening eyes. We stayed like this, in silence for a while, till Mark broke the silence.
"Want to just watch a movie, Jack?" My heart fluttered when he said my name. "Sure." I replied. He got up and popped in a scary movie.
Normally I would have said no to a scary movie. But I didn't want to look like a wimp. Plus Mark was there so if I got scared, he would protect me. At the first jump scare I curled up, snuggling into his chest.
"You ok? I can turn it off if you don't want to watch it." He said wrapping an arm around me. I shook me head and continued watching, with marks arm still wrapped around me. He was so warm and inviting I soon found my self drifting off to sleep. His grip tightened and soon enough I was asleep.
