Feathers were falling everywhere. A woman's cry fills the candle lit room casting shadows thrown across the walls. A woman lays in bed giving birth, aching and groaning as her labor pains run up her spine. She's in so much pain as she pushes but she knew time was running out. An older woman is standing in front of her giving encouragement. A man stands next to her holding her hands as her wings pulse and wither, the white downy fluffs fall all round. "Come on Sarah your almost there, just one more push milady", the older lady encourages. Soon, the sound of a wailing newborn fills the room. The woman lay exhausted. The lady cleans up the child and places her in the mother arms. "She is very beautiful, milady. What will you call her?" The lady smiled at the two as the man came near to stand behind her, also smiling in pride.

The woman Sarah, was beautiful herself. True black hair fell around her and white wings drooped to the floor. She smiled at her baby. "She's perfect. Her eyes are so bright and clear .I thinks I will call her..." Suddenly the roof exploded, spilling out a blinding light raining down on them. Sarah covered the child with her wings to protect her.

A tall figure walked out of the light with glowing armor, that appeared to be made out of gold. Grey wings towered over him proudly. The mans face was dangerously handsome, bronze colored eyes and a chiseled jaw as sharp as the blade at his side. His sun kissed skin was smooth as if he never smiled. In fact, he sneered at them, the older man and woman cowered into the corner. The baby cried in Sarah's arms, opening her wings to look at the Avenging Angel. She knew she didn't have much time to be with her precious child. Her expression did not look sad, but blue tears streaked down her cheeks as she gazed at her baby. He stepped closer to them and spoke in a voice that seems to come from his chest. "It is time Sarah, he offers no more time than the time that he has allowed. Hand over the child to the old maid, and come. You have your duties to attend to."

The woman cried into her child, her hair covering the baby from his view. She whispered to her baby softy, a soothing lullaby as she spoke in the babies' ear. "Find love my child and be happy my love. Stay safe and wait for the one who is half of your soul. Wait for him and all will be well. Know that I loved you my sweet baby. Remember Imtheochaidhd." I open my heart to you. She watched her baby smile as she dozed off to sleep. Kissing the sleeping baby's black curly hair, she wanted to stay and hold her baby. But she knew she had to go for the safety of the baby. "Lisa please take her, keep her safe and read my journal that will tell you my wishes. Love her as I would love her." Lisa came forward taking the baby holding the sleeping infant close. "Yes Malady," as she bowed. She got up from her bed and stood tall like the man nearly reaching his 7 foot height. Sarah walked toward the menacing angel. Her white wings drooped lazily brushing the carpet, but her chin held high as she walked toward him with the grace of a swan floating across a pond. Glancing back at her child as she stood next to the man and smiled as she began to disappear into the golden light. Lisa suddenly remembered that the child was not named. "Milady what is the child's name?" A soft answering wind came. "Jėricä".
