Chapter 13

Percy's Pov

I didn't leave Autumns side for a minute, I skipped lunch and dinner to stay with her. I was worried about her, she wouldn't wake up and the Apollo kids were running out of medical care. I took her hand and fell asleep next to her. I awaken by a scream coming from Autumn, she was sweating and looked terrified.

"What's wrong!? Are you ok?" I asked her looking for any signs of injuries. She hugged me tightly and berried her face into my chest. I sat on her bed and hugged her back. I kissed her on the head and she fell back asleep leaving me wondering what caused her to look so terrified. Maybe it was just a bad dream but I think it was more then that. I thought of my dream the night I left for my first quest, maybe she got something like that. "I'll just ask her in the morning. All of this thinking is making me tired." And I fell asleep.

When I woke up I saw Annabeth sleeping on a chair, I decided to wake her up by giving her a gentle push on the shoulder.
"Wake up Annabeth" I whispered. I woke her up but I also accidentally woke up Autumn too. When she saw me and Annabeth she got up and barged out of the room slamming the door behind her."Guess she's still mad" Annabeth said. I knew she wanted to be friends with Autumn, but she also knew that now she would have to work harder. I was going to run after her but Karina came in my way. "Don't you think you've hurt her enough" she said. "But I never wanted to... I want to make things right again..." I mumbled. "Ya well I think Oliver has it." She said pointing to Oliver and Autumn hugging. I felt my heart shatter. They were laughing and she had a smile on her face. The smile she gave me when she saw me. "Don't you dare hurt her because I will squish you like a bug." She growled and left. When Oliver saw me he came to see me. "We're not dating you know" he told me. "She still likes you" he whispered in my ear. I felt my heart become one again and had butterflies in my stomach. "Really?! How do you know!" I turned to him exited. "She told me. Now shall we go to our sword fighting class?" He smirked and took out his two swords and started to swing them around. "I'm guessing your going to quick my butt." I looked at him. He nodded and started to laugh. When we got there our teacher told us to get into pairs of two, naturally me and Oliver teamed up. We started to fight and I have to admit he was one of the best sword men I have ever dueled. We were next to the archery class so I get to look at Autumn shooting arrows.

"Come on dude stop staring and concentrate!" Oliver said and swung his sword at me making me fall. I saw Autumn giggling at me with her friends. When she saw me she waved still giggling. I waved back and was glad she still talks to me, well waves to me. The class was suddenly over and Annabeth came running towards me yelling about a antidote for the tree. "Percy all we need to do is find the Golden Fleece!! It will heal anyone or anything!!" She jumped excitedly. "Did you talk about to M. D?" I asked whipping off the sweat on my forehead with a towel." Ya he said it would be to dangerous" she said in a mocking ton. We walked back to camp to see everyone was sitting on the ground and M.D was standing in front waiting for everyone to arrive. I sat next to Grover who was next to Autumn, she was talking to Oliver which made me very jealous. I know they're not dating but I'm still jealous of their relationship. Suddenly M. D called out Autumn's name and mine. We both got up and waited for him to tell us what we did.

"The oracle wants to see you both, head to the big house and go up to the attic you fill find her in her chair" he pointed to the house.
Autumn walked towards the house followed by me behind her, I felt the campers stare at us and whispered a couple of things. When we entered I ran by her side and we both walked up to the attic. When we both came up we saw a old women, her eyes were only green. Suddenly a green mist came out of the dead women's body.

The sons of the big three

Will journey to the forbidden sea

Aided by the moon and nature

Will face a one eyed creature

To realease the golden savior

They will be aided by a mysterious helper

Alone they cannot succed

They will need great speed

For they are not alone

To search for the prize guarded by stone

The green mist disappeared leaving once again a lifeless body on a rocking chair.
I looked at Autumn who was as surprised as I am, we went downstairs to find Grover and Annabeth waiting for us. Annabeth smiled at Autumn who surprisingly smiled back. "Look Autumn I'm soooo sorry for what happened at the motel. I have absolutely no idea what came over me." She explained. Autumn gave her a hug and released her looking her in the eye. "I forgive you Annabeth" she smiled. "Look we need your help. We just got a prophecy and we have no clue what it means." She let out a deep breath. After she repeated the prophecy Annabeth thought for a second and looked at us. "Well for the first line it's about Percy because he is the son of the big three. The forbidden sea might be something about the quest Clarisse and another satyr got. It must the sea of monsters, also known as the Bermuda Triangle." I didn't let her ,finish because I was still shocked that Clarisse got a quest. "Clarisse got a quest!" I exclaimed. "Ya get over it" she told me before continuing about the prophecy's meaning. "Autumn I think your in it too. You represent the moon and nature because of your mom!" She told her. I pushed her shoulder gently, she pushed it back but harder. "Well guys I know what were doing tonight! Were sneaking out of camp to go on a quest! Again!" I exclaimed happily. "Can I come with you guys?" I heard a voice ask. I looked behind me to see Tyson playing with the end of his burnt shirt. "Of course you can Tyson!" Autumn exclaimed. He gave her a smile. "No way I'm not taking you with us" me and Annabeth said at the same time. "Well if I'm right about the prophecy saying something about a cyclops I'm not going with out one of my own." Grover said nervously. "Annabeth your going to stay here because I'm bringing Oliver with me" I told her. She looked shocked at my reply but after a moment she nodded. "I'll go tell Oliver to pack his things. We meet in the front of the gate after lights out." I told them. I ran to Oliver's cabin to see him lying on his bed looking at the white ceiling. I knocked on the door and waited a couple of seconds before seeing him opening the door. "Hey do you want to sneak out of camp to go look for the Golden Fleece?" I asked. "It's like you read my mind!" He was about to go upstairs but he looked down at me.

" Who's coming with us?"
"O um Autumn, me, and Grover. " I smiled hoping he wouldn't mind the people coming along.
"I think you forgot Tyson" he smirked and pointed to Tyson and Autumn making a list of what we needed. "Um ya just meet us at the gate after lights out." I told him before leaving to go see Autumn and my half-brother.
"Autumn can I talk to you in private?" I asked her.
"Um ok" she said. I lead her to her mysterious cabin that I found when I came back from my quest.
"Look I'm confused about you know us. Are we friends, best friends, enemies??" I looked at her.
"Were best friends Percy but don't expect me to be exactly the same as I use to be" she looked at me with her silver eyes.
"I accept you just the way you are" I hugged her and we stayed like that for a couple minutes but it felt like seconds.
"I'm going to pack can you help me because I have no clue what to bring!" She asked me. I nodded my head and we raced to her cabin. It was a light green and had the scent of nature. We headed to her room that only had one bed. The room was painted dark blue with small light yellow dots that made it look like stars in the sky. She took out a big black backpack and placed it on her bed. She took out some close and went to the bathroom. She came out wearing a pair of dark blue jeans, a black v-neck shirt and black converses. Her hair was loose and messy but it was always pretty like that. When she came out she tripped on my bag and fell grabbing me with her. We landed on the bed she was lying underneath me, our faces inches away. I did what my heart told me to do. I kissed her. I missed her so much when she left me at the motel, I've hated myself ever since it happened. She pushed me away and looked at me and was furious.

"What the hell Percy!!? I told you I wanted to be friends! I don't think I should go on the quest ask Annabeth to go instead" she yelled and left me standing in her cabin alone. "You messed it all up" I growled at myself. I left and headed to my cabin to start packing. When I was done I went to dinner and saw Annabeth coming towards me, she slapped me so hard in the face I swear to gods she must've broken some of my teeth.

"What was that for!!" I yelled.
"You kissed Autumn!! She told you she wasn't sure what she felt for you yet she gave us both a second chance and you just wasted it." She yelled back and went to sit down next to Autumn. I decided to skip dinner to head to my cabin. I decided to write a note to Autumn before I left.

Dear Autumn,

I'm sorry for kissing you right after you told me how you felt about me. But I can't just hide my feelings for you forever. I know I just blew my chances and I feel really bad. I hope that when we return to school in a couple of months you and I can be friends again.

I went to her cabin and slid it under the door and left to find the others.
