Chapter 1
Cayden and Tyler Low.
They were my new neighbors.
They moved in last week, but yesterday was the first day they started living in their new house. I sighed, as I pushed myself to the window in my bedroom. Damn they were hot. I shook my head, ridding my mind of the thought. I couldn't think like this; it would end with my heart in pieces. The older looking one – Cayden – was picking up his t-shirt from the hood of his Audi and wiping the sweat down from his face and toned chest. His brother rolled his eyes from his perch on the front steps. His face seemed to say, show off. I agreed. Not that it was a bad thing,
I had briefly run into them earlier when I was coming home from my friend's house, just long enough to say hi. From that time, I learned the most dangerous piece of information for me, myself, and I:
Cayden was a badass.
A complete and total badass.
And holy crap, I loved bad boys. Just the thrill of there being a chance of danger; it had my heart beating like a jack rabbits. I could tell that was Cayden from the way he held himself. He oozed confidence. He kept his head held high and dark brown hair spiked up. His brown eyes sparkled with mischief. Tyler was the angel to Cayden's devil. Not necessarily a nerd, but shyer. Sweeter. More caring. He was still well built like his brother – you could tell by the way his shirt hung on him – he just didn't show it off. And he was definitely attractive. He had blonde hair hanging just past his ears and covered his blue eyes.
They were stunning.
And I was so screwed.

Later that night, I was laying across my bed, staring up at the ceiling, when my phone chimed. I groaned as I rolled over to grab it off my nightstand, not wanting to move.
Grace: Mom made brownies for the new neighbors. Making me deliver. Come with?
After I typed back a quick yes, I slipped on my Keds and grabbed a light sweater before walking outside. Seeing that Grace wasn't there yet, I sat on our rocking chair on the front porch. No more than thirty seconds later, Kyle ran out from his house across the street, causing his caramel hair to bounce with each step. I smiled as he came closer. When he first moved here, him being ten, and me nine, I had a tiny crush on him, but it was useless, he only had eyes for Grace.
"Grace isn't here yet?" Kyle frowned a little as he came closer. I shook my head, but his attention was fixed on a figure coming over the crest of the hill, short ponytail swaying, and a plate of brownies balanced on one hand. Kyle's face split into a grin, and he took off into a sprint. Grace jumped into his arms, one arm wrapped around his neck, and the other holding the delicious treats. I waited for them, not wanting to interrupt, until they walked over, hand in hand.
"Hey Grace," I said, waving to her. We originally met when we were little and played on the same soccer team, even though she was a year older than me. I frowned when I realized I wouldn't see them after this summer when they go off to college.
"Hey Taylor." I cringed a little at my full name. I started going by Tae in sixth grade, but Grace insisted on calling me Taylor, claiming that it would be too hard for her to change what she knew.
Kyle reached for one of the brownies as Grace observed the new house. I tried to stifle my laugh, but couldn't. Grace's attention snapped back to the brownies just in time, and she slapped Kyle's hand away, giggling. "Come on," Kyle whined. "Just give me one."
"No," Grace stared at Kyle, her jaw set.
"Pleasssssseeeeeee."
"No."
