The purest power

Alexander

     Papers, letters, papers, invitations, files, bills and few more papers. 

    I hit my head on the table, and sighed," Why?"

  At the moment I was sitting in my office, and going through the paperwork. Anwsering to letters and invitations, paying the bills, looking through important files and doing all the paperwork that is needed at the moment.

  I had been doing it for four hours already, but still there was atleast two piles of paper to go throug -which would take at least few more hours," Why do I seriously have to do all this?"

   " Because your an Alpha," said voice from across the room. 

    I raised my head and saw Will," I know," I said in defeated voice,  and looked at the next paper," So, did you have any other reason to come here than reminding me of my position or was that it?"

   " I'am really offended by the fact that my bestfriend is acting so coldly towards me," he said in over dramatic tone, while placing his hand over his chest. 

   I looked at him and his performance," So, you didn't have any real reason?"

" Yes, I actually did," he said in serious tone, but since I have known him for really long time I could see worry flash through his eyes. Then he spoke really quietly," One of the rogues tried to escape yesterday, but we caught her."

  " You know how to deal with those kinds of situations, so what is the real matter?"

  His face hardened, but I could still see anger in his eyes, it hint of fear?" She is my mate, Alexander."

 .  I was little bit taken back by that," But how didn't your wolf sense her before? I mean she must have been here for long time, since we haven't taken any new prisoners in while?

" That's the reason. She is one of our latest prisoners, but Mike took care of her case, not me. Plus, she was covered with scent masking liquid, wich made it impossible for me to find her."

  When he was finished silence came to room, " I know what your about to ask and my anwser depends on whether she's dangerous or not." 

    Will seemed desapointed," OK, but I dont think she's dangerous. I mean she seemes to be really spicy one but I dont think..." I stopped him, by quickly standing up and walking to him. It worked.

 " Will, I know she's your mate, but if she's danger to pack..."I trailed of and let him figure out rest of the sentence. Agony was clear on Wills face, but he still nodded. I gave his shoulder encouraging squeeze, and then we walked together out of the room.

   - Xaivier, for ones I ask you to keep your temper under control. This rogue we are about to face is Wills mate, I said to Xaivier, when we started to reach the prison. 

   I can try, but I can't promise anything, he said and I could feel how disgusted he was by the though of beta female being a rogue. You see, Xaivier was also affected by my mothers death, and since her killer was rogue he practically hates all of them. 

   When we reach the prison we were told by the guards that she was taken behind the prison for punishment. When we arrived there, she was held against the tree by few of my soldiers and Mike was holding silver blade in his hand, that had fresh blood on it. Girls cheek had open cut wound. Also her side was clearly pleading.

   As Will saw this he let out angry growl, and before anyone could react he had changed into his wolf form and boundched on Mikes back, and was now pinning him down with his claws pressing to Mikes flesh. Blood started to come out from the wounds.
