You still remember?

I started to look down my thoughts and I remembered this song that I always I had in my head that was one of of her favorites songs. Then
I started to sing the song:

I saw him sleeping deeply on my chest. I moved my sight to th door that was open and ______ was there smiling softly. I moved carfully so I couldnt wake him. I took my shoes with me and I walked to the door and went out of the bedroom. _______ came out with me. Then she says:

"You still remember..."

She whispers.I turn around then I whipered:

"Yes... that is the same song that you sang every night a-"

"And I still do... That same song I sing it to him when he is having bad dreams or he cant sleep. You know Jamie says that that same song I sing it because it makes me remember you."

"Thats a big lie."

She smiles softly and stares at my eyes deeply. Then ______ puts her thumb in my lips. Without warning she kissed me. It was warm and soft. Making me shiver. I grab her waist at the time I gathered my thoughts.I seperated instantly from the kiss.

"We can't..."

She looked at me confused.

"We can't make this work. You have a kid that needs his dad the one who you promised your eternal love when you were in front of him and you put that ring that you are carrying... That person wasn't me."

I kissed her cheek and walked to my bedroom. That was my refuge for me and my feelings.
