Allison's POV
I really liked Kinsley. I mean I've known her and all but not like the way I do now. I feel close to her.
"Wait why are you annoyed?" I asked realizing she had now sat down next to me.
"Oh idk well Sarena asked me not to tell my dad but like I'm not like that and everyone assumes. Kinda makes me want to tell. They know the rules. And all...but that'd be mean and she would get mad.."Said Kinsley talking very quickly like she was saying everything she was thinking at once.
"Well if I was you I would. It's annoying and I don't want to see that" I said making a disgusted face "yeah idk sometimes I just get angry when they're together. She's only my friend because of him."
"Maybe I'm not sure. I don't really know her that well yet." Said Kinsley seeming concerned.
"Wanna know a secret? He doesn't really like her that much anymore. Says she's too clingy." I said with a laugh looking down at my phone to check the time. 2:15 pm
"Then why doesn't he break up with her?" She said sounding serious.
I looked up to see she had a completely serious face to match that serious tone.
"Why? Doesn't really matter does it? All I know is the sooner the better" I said turning to look at her.
"Oh okay. I think I'm going to go talk to Ariana." She said starting to get up. I noticed that her cheeks were red. "Bye"
"Bye" I said wondering why she was so concerned. I shrugged it off and went to see if Sarena was done jogging my best friend. To my surprise I saw River and Sarena was nowhere to be found.
"How'd you get rid of her? Scare her with your ugly face?" I said jokingly and punching him in the arm.
"Ariana and umm uh K-Kinsley got her to do their hair." He said not focusing on me or the fact that I just punched and insulted him.
"Oh no... I know that face. You're thinking. The question is what about. Are you finally going to break up with her!" I screamed trying not to sound too excited.
"No!...well umm maybe. But not know." He said looking embarrassed.
"Why not know!" I said waiting for a response. After a couple of minutes of not getting one I walked off to get dressed into my class B uniform.

Ariana's POV
I looked up into the sky and see the beautiful clouds and the tree that I love to sit under behind the band room; perhaps my favorite place on the whole campus. I turn my head and look at one of my close friends Halei. Stella by All Time Low is playing. I feel... Idk happy?
"Umm so who are you picking as your bus buddy?" Asked Halei looking up into the sky sounding like she's expecting me to pick her.
"I was actually thinking of that new girl Kinsley. You know,band director's kid?" I said looking over and seeing Kinsley coming around the corner.
"Oh... Why not me? You don't even know he-!" Said Halei rolling her eyes but noticing that Kinsley was approaching us.
"Umm...hi guys! I don't think I've met you..."she said gesturing towards Halei "I'm Kinsley"
"Halei." She said in a kind of mad nugget tone.
Seeing that Kinsley noticed and looked kinda let down I nudged Halei in the ribs.
"Nice to meet you!" Halei said sounding way better.
"You too umm I was wondering if umm y'all would go with me and talk to me? I'm getting Sarena to do my hair and idk if I really like her... It's just kinda an awkward energy between us..an-" I cut her off mid-sentence.
"We'll go" I said getting my butt off the ground and we were off around the corner.
There was something about the 3 of us together. It felt right. I think Halei will come around and start to like Kinsley. It's a shame that she's in a grade lower than me because I would definitely be able to talk to her way more than I do now.
