Chapter 2 - A new home?

???'s POV~

"Hey Garroth! Who is that?! Is she ok?!" Dante yelled from behind the gate.

"Dante, I'll explain later hurry up and open the gate she needs to get to Zoey! Now!" I answered.

He opened the gate, letting us in, once we were in he closed the gate and I rushed her to Zoey's room.

"Garroth?! Who-"

"No time to talk, Lady Aphmau!" I interrupted as I ran past her into the basement where Zoey was brewing potions.

Zoey turned to me with a smile that slowly faded into a frown, "Who is this? She's bleeding badly put her on the bed!"

I laid her down on the bed and stood by Zoey's side as she frantically looked threw her potions, "I need a needle and thread! Oh! And bandages!"

I quickly looked threw a few drawers finding the stuff Zoey needed, Zoey was by the girls side with the potion and a cloth, Zoey poured a bit of the potion on the cloth and put it over the girl's wounds. I gave Zoey the needle and thread then she began to stitch up the wounds while I stood next to her holding the bandages.

"You know... Your lucky when you got here... She was very close to bleeding out." Zoey spoke as she was focused on finishing the stitching.

"If I wasn't patrolling the forest she would've died."

"Well then I guess she was lucky, do you even know her name?" Zoey asked as she started to bandage over the stitches.

She finished bandaging then cleaned up a bit and left to Cadenza's to ask for some better clothing for the girl. I sat by her and waited for her to awake as Lady Aphmau walked in.

"Garroth? What happened?" She asked.

I explained to her and afterwards a few moments later, two E/C eyes were staring at us.

"Hey... Are you ok?" I asked her.

She slowly nodded.

"Where do you come from...?" Lord Aphmau asked.

"I-I d-don't know b-but m-my name I-is Y-Y/N" She stuttered.

"I'm the one who saved you from the wolf, don't worry... I'm not gonna hurt you." I smiled kindly.

She shivered and slowly got out of bed, she was having trouble standing so I helped her.

"L-Let me g-go... I'll be fine..." She shook.

"Get your butt back in bed, young lady." Zoey demanded walking into the room with a dress.

"W-Wha- No!" She growled.

"Zoey, Y/N is fine... I'll watch over her, I'm the one who found her so I'm going to watch after her."

"I'm not a little kid idiot." Y/N hissed.

"Woah, she got feisty quick." Aphmau laughed.

"I like feisty.~" Laurence smirked as he walked in
