How to : Get taller

● Eat a healthy balanced diet.

● Eat eggs - They make you grow and can aid in weight loss. Try to eat two eggs a day.

● Have plenty of yogurt - It makes you taller and makes your skin glow.

● Eat fruits like Bananas and Oranges.

● Reduce your salt intake.

● Avoid sugary and unhealthy foods, such as sweets, pizza etc.

● Drink milk. Have at least two glasses of milk a day.

● Eat nuts that are high in Proteins e.g Walnuts, Peanuts, and Almonds.

● Eat fish, e.g Salmon.

● Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day - this will flush out toxins, help you lose weight as well as making you taller.

● Get 9 - 10 hours of sleep a day, even 8 hours is fine, because you grow most when you're sleeping.

● Get enough exercise, around 30 minutes to 1 hour of exercise a day. Do exercises such as running, walking, jumping and swimming.

● Aim to touch the ceiling or as high as you can, then try touching your toes, this will stretch your bones and possibly make you taller. Try touching your toes sitting down as well.

How to look taller :-

Wear clothes with vertical stripes.

● Wear heels, or shoes with a slight heel. Try avoid wearing flats or you can wear pointy flats which will make you look taller.

● Always keep a good posture - this will give an impression that you are taller.

● Wear darker colours sometimes.

● Don't wear baggy clothes - this will make you appear shorter.

Tips:

● Always get adequate sleep.

● If you're still under 18, then don't worry if you're not that tall yet, some people grow alot when they're 14- 16 aswell.

● Eat healthy - cut out unhealthy foods from your diet.

Remember to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily.
