5 minute warm-up workout

Here's just a quick five minute workout that I made :

(For this workout make sure you have a bottle of water beside you)

🐒 - Do jumping jacks for 30 seconds.

Jumping jacks are a little bit like star jumps except you raise your hands all the way up, over your head.

💁 - Do sit-ups for 20 seconds.

Lie on your back, put your hand under your heads, and sit up whilst keeping your feet on the floor.

🛀 - Rest for 10 seconds.

●○● One minute completed ●○●

🏃- For 30 seconds, run in place.

🙇 - Do push-ups for 30 seconds.
If you can't do push ups (like me) then do wall push ups, here's how :

Stand two feet away from the wall, keep your feet shoulder width apart, place your arms on the wall and go inwards, towards the wall, almost as if you are kissing it (lol) stay in that position for 5 seconds then release. Then do until it's been thirty seconds.

●○● Two minutes completed ●○●

🍹- Take a break for 30 seconds
I.e, rest and drink some water.

🙆 - Touch your toes for 10 seconds.

🙆 - Touch as high as you can for 10 seconds.

🙆 - Do shoulder stretches for 10 seconds.
Put your hands over your head, and stretch as high as you can.

●○● Three minutes completed ●○●

👏 - Do squats for thirty seconds.
Stand up, make sure you feet are hip length apart, put your hands out straight and lower down, almost as if you are about to sit.

🛀 - Take a ten second break.

👢 - Do front-kicks for twenty seconds.
Put your hand out straight, in front of you, and kick with your leg straightly.

●○● Four minutes completed ●○●

👱 - Do shoulder shrugs for twenty seconds.

🍹- Take a water break for twenty seconds.

Do overhead arm circles for thirty seconds.

●○● FIVE MINUTES COMPLETED ●○●
