1. As it cliché as it sounds, it's also very crucial , DRINK WATER. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily.2. Eat healthy
● Have plenty of fruits and vegetables e.g Strawberries, apples, Carrots, Cucumbers, Bananas, Cherries, Blueberries.
● Don't eat many processed foods
● Reduce your salt intake
● Have a ton of green vegetables
● Don't eat sugary foods limit yourself to one per week, i know it's hard but once you stop eating sugary foods for a while it'll help you to not eat them at all.
● Drink milk and other dairy products.
● Overall have a balanced diet.3. Wash your face with cold water everyday.
4. Use a face mask daily.
5. Use a cleanser and toner.
6. Exfoliate often.
7. Make your own face masks e.g honey face mask, egg face mask, potato face mask.
8. Get plenty of sleep, 9 hours is perrfect.
9. Wear sunscreen when you go out.
10. Moisturise before you sleep.
11. Use aloe vera.
12. Don't touch your face.
13. Try grooming your face, getting your eyebrows done etc.
