Chapter 12: The End?

Then, everything went white and we were in what looked like another realm. We must have gone through the portal.

"at last, the relic is mine....."

"The angel's relic."

Then suddenly, the relic disappeared and reappeared in front of Amanda and it bound to her.

Then the true battle began.

everyone was fighting for her, for our ella and eventually......

We knocked her down.

"it's time to end this." joey said

He gestured to Amanda and they both started to charge an attack.

"fire dragon......"
"Sky dragon..... "

" Roar!!!!"

Then the attacks connect and we finally beat her.

"No! Its not over yet"

An attack is fired at Amanda and she froze in place.

Then,suddenly Jeffrey appeared in front of her.

"you're welcome...." Jeffrey said as the attack hit him.

Amanda was very shocked

"Jeffrey!!!" Amanda shouted

She ran to Jeffrey before the rest of us fully realised what just happened.

She used her magic to heal him and he slowly opened his eyes.

Jeffrey moaned

"w-where am I..... and..... and who are you?" Jeffrey asked.

Amanda looked heartbroken.

"you....... you really don't remember me?" Amanda asked, she was clearly quite sad.

"no....... but something about you seems familiar....."

Amanda pulled a heart locket out of her pocket.

"you got me this for my 15th birthday, as something to remember you by because your parents moved out of the city."

"I'm sorry,I don't remember." Jeffrey answered

"Jeffrey, please.......... you have to remember I-I can't.... I-I'm not ready to lose you again."Amanda said almost crying.

"Jeffrey..... I really like you... I always have.... its just I was never sure if you felt the same.

"that's why I haven't tried anything because I'm not sure...." she said, hugging him tightly.

"so please!!!..... you have to remember me, you have to remember all of us!!!!, I'm not ready to lose someone like you again!!!!" she screamed,
tears streaming down her face.

Jeffrey's eyes light up.

Then they looked at each other and kissed.

"Hmm, if I knew it was that easy I would've faked losing my memory a lot sooner." Jeffrey said smiling.

Amanda slapped him, very hard from the looks of it.

"hey! I was only joking!"

"s-so do you wanna go watch a movie with me later?"

"yeah, sure I'd like that" Amanda answered

Clearly she was very happy

Then, we left for home and Lucy disappeared.

It's been 7 years since that happened.... hmm looking back it feels like it all happened yesterday.

So much has changed since then, Jeffrey and Amanda got together, Angela has met someone and is Still travelling and well, now I have a beautiful baby daughter.

Life has gone back to normal..... Well as normal as it can be when you basically have superpowers..

"hey baby."

"hi beautiful."

"so have you finished your book yet."

"yeah I've just finished now."

"so..... got any ideas for a name?"

"no, I can't think of anything"

"how about 'the Survivors'?"

"yeah that sounds really good"
