It had been a few days since the incident and Hanna was still a little shaken by the events. She hadn't cut Paul out, even though she'd wanted to but she didn't see that would've fixed anything, but she did want to keep Paul safe just in case Kori made good on her promise.

"Baby," she jumped and Paul shot her a funny look.

"What has gotten into you these past few days?"

"Nothing," she managed to get out.

"Are you sure I haven't done anything to you?"

"Yes, I'm sure that you haven't done anything wrong."

"So what's the matter baby please tell me?"

"It's Kori," she whispered into his chest.

"What about Kori," he asked, his grip on her tightened.

"In a nut shell, she told me to watch my back."

"Don't worry about her, she won't hurt you," he promised to her.

Hanna jolted out of her sleep and looked at her reflection in the mirror. Paul hadn't kept either of his promises because Kori did hurt her, in more ways than one. Easing out of her bed, she tiptoed down the hallway to check on her kids before she walked out on the balcony. She closed her eyes and she swore that she could almost feel Paul wrap his arms around her.

"I miss you so much," she said aloud with tears in her eyes.

"I never left your side."

She smiled after she heard his voice for the first time in what had been months. She missed talking to him.

"Our daughter is beautiful by the way. We did a good job."

"We did."

"I was starting to think that you'd forgotten about me after you said your goodbye to me at my gravesite."

"I could never forget you, but I think it's time that I start to move on and put the kids first. It wouldn't do them any good if both of their parents are dead."

"Stop being so cold."

"I'm not being cold. It's a hard world out here and I can't leave our children alone."

"I'm sorry," Paul whispered into the air.

Hanna closed her eyes and let the tears fall.

"Am I on the right track?"

Paul didn't answer her and she felt herself growing impatient with him.

"Paul William Walker the fourth if you don't answer me."

"Hanna Victoria Walker," his voice just as stern. "That's not for me to decide."

She felt a gush of cold air rush past her face and she guessed that he was now standing next to her.

"I never stopped loving you and I never will. Stop shutting our children out, they need you know more than ever, especially Paulie."

"I don't think Paulie is old enough to understand what is really going on?"

"I think you've forgotten just how smart our son really is. He knows when you're hurting."

She sighed and closed her eyes.

"I just you're right."

"I'm always right baby."

She rolled her eyes and smiled before she walked back into the house and walked down the hall to Paulie's room.

"Mama," he called out.

"What's the matter?"

"I saw daddy."

"You did?"

Paulie nodded his head and snuggled into his mother's chest.

"Where was daddy?"

"By the door."

"Did he talk to you?"

Paulie shook his head no.

"So he just stood by the door?"

"Yes, but he smiled at me mama."

Hanna had started to cry softly as she hugged Paulie closer.

"I see him too, all the time. I'm so sorry if I've been mean to you or haven't spent time with you. Mommy just misses daddy a lot."

"Its ok mama," Paulie said leaning up to kiss his cheek. "Love you."

"I love you too soon, more than you'll ever know," she said kissing his forehead.

A few minutes after, she heard Paulie's breaths even out and she knew that he was asleep. She laid down with him still on her chest and dozed off. Vowing to spend more time with her children. They were after all, the only thing that she had to remember Paul by.
