Anthony's Pov)
My mom was writing. "So I was informed you flipped your switch." She said before I even walked in. "Yes mom.. But I haven't done anything bad. And I won't." I assured her. "Alright. Eric is coming to visit." She told me. I haven't seen Eric since he had a fight with dad. "Micheal Anthony you better not do anything reckless. Why do you have a pet and where is she?" My mom asked closing her book. "She's with Aubrey.." I told her scratching my head. "Well.. Maybe this is good. Teach you some responsibility for once. Does she know your a prince?" Mom asked. I shook my head. "She doesn't know anything. She doesn't even know I'm a vampire. She's to afraid to speak." I told her. I did have to tell it soon. But she was already very skittish. Her being afraid of everything going on is very annoying to me. I don't know how to solve that problem. I shouldn't have let Danny talk me into this crap. Danny has had pets before, but they all died. Don't know if mine will die. Nah I'm responsible. Mom sighed. "Your problem. You've gotta learn everything isn't fun and games. Why pick a girl like that? Ah just bring her by tomorrow. Alright I'm going to bed goodnight son." She said turning off her lamp making it pitch black. "Night mom." I said closing the door. I walked back to the kitchen. Been a while since I've had blood. I feel like I should call Danny In a few minutes. I have to take care of it first though. I really Don't Know what I'm doing honestly. Dad is gonna be mad when he finds out I already know. I was thinking about getting rid of her before mom figured it out. I walked past Lamont's room to Aubrey's. I'm somewhat happy Eric is coming by. Eric probably won't mind me having a pet. He might scare her though. Eric has always had a liking for human girls. He even has a human girlfriend. I think.. Wait no that was 30 years ago. But he got in a fight with dad because of the way we used to treat humans. We used to have several human servants. And used to kill them for fun or to release anger. Now that I think about it he won't like me having a pet.. I broke my thoughts by looking up at Aubrey. She was braiding Maya's hair. Maya held some clothes in her lap. Aubrey started taking the braids out. "Okay I found her some clothes." Aubrey said. I could tell Aubrey was happy to have another girl around. "She wouldn't really talk so I didn't find her anything to eat." She added. I sighed.

Aubrey Pov)
"Is there anything you need?" I asked the girl. She gave no response. I started taking the braids out. I've always wanted to have a daughter. This might be the closest I ever get to having one. "You don't have to be afraid. Not of me Atleast I'm not gonna hurt you." I assured her. I could sense she was still shaken up. I looked up seeing Anthony enter the room. "Okay I found her some clothes." I told Anthony. "She wouldn't really talk so I didn't find her anything to eat." I added. I looked up at him. I could tell he was annoyed. "Well thanks." He said grabbing her arm. "Oh by the way Eric is coming over." He added before He left the room with her. I sighed laying on my bed now faced with boredom. I walked to Lamont's room. He was playing video games. "Sad that you do this all day." I told him. He looked up for a second then back at the tv. "And? There's nothing else to do so." He answered. To me there is a lot that can be done. "You know Eric is coming by?" I asked Lamont. She paused his game. "Nope. Is Eric gonna help me with my game? No I don't think so." He said unpausing his game. I slapped him in the back of the head for being a smartass. "Chill out geez.." He said rubbing his head. "That's not how you talk to your aunt." I hissed at him. "I'm sorry.." He said slowly. I felt the need for blood. Fresh blood.. "I'm gonna go get something to eat." I told Lamont walking to his doorway. "Wait! I'm going with you." He said putting on his shoes quickly and following me. I was about to tell him no but ehh. Atleast he's off the game for once. "Alright let's go."
