Anthony Pov
"Hey dudes." Carson said. "Why are you here?" Danny asked. "Uh probably the same reason your here." He responded. I actually Don't Know why we are here. I looked around. I saw a girl sitting by herself. A loner. "Oh her? I've been watching her for some days. She looks tasty." Carson said. I sighed looking away. I hated when our kind talked like this. "She's hard to approach but eh. I get what I want." Carson said walking over to her. I brought a bag of chips and started eating them. "Why can't you be like Carson dude." Danny said. I ignored him.
Minutes passed as I watched Danny talk to server all different human girls. Watching him was sad. He soon came back over to me. "Is the Prince afraid to get his hands dirty?" Danny asked challenging me. I rolled my eyes. "I am stronger then you." I reminded him. He didn't say anything for a few minutes. "Stop being boring and have fun. Choose a girl. There are plenty." He said. I thought about this. I looked around but managed to look at the girl Carson was talking to. "Just turn it off." Danny said. He wants me to turn off my feelings. Means I can shut everything out and feel nothing. But it hits me like a train when I turn it back on. I kept it off for a century. "Okay relax. Just turn it off for tonight and I'll quit bugging you." He added. I looked to find a clock. It was 5pm. "Alright Daniel." I said closing my eyes. I felt a weight being lifted off my shoulders as I flipped the switch. "Better?" He asked. I shrugged. Danny started walking over to Carson I followed. Carson came walking up to us. He started talking to Danny as I looked over at the girl. She stared over watching people skate. I felt my fangs poke my lips as I sucked them back in. "Dude you can't just do that.." Carson said to Danny breaking my thoughts. I assumed he talked about me wanting that girl. "You can find another." I said. I could sense Carson's anger. I walked past him and to the girl. She looked up at me nervously. "Name?" I asked. "Oh. My name is Maya.." She said slowly. I felt my fangs trying to come out again. I bit my lip and looked at Danny. "Yeah I want this one." I told him. Maya looked at me. "Well..I have to..go now." She said standing up. I grabbed her arm so she wouldn't leave. "Uhm.." She said looking up into my eyes. I looked at Danny. He walked over to her. I could sense that she was afraid. That's normal. She tried to pull from my grasp but I'm way stronger then her. "Could you please let go of my arm?" She asked. If I had my emotions turned on I probably would have.
Maya Pov
"Yeah I want this one." The mysterious guy said. I looked at him. Was he talking about me? "Well..I have to..go now." I managed to spit out. I stood up and he grabbed my arm as I tried to leave. "Uhm.." I said feeling nervous and looking up into his eyes. He looked like he was my age. One of the other guys walked over to me as I kept trying to pull away. "Could you please let go of my arm?" I asked. He gave no response. "Your coming with me." The guy holding me said. I shook my head afraid to say no. "That wasn't a choice." He said. He picked me up off my feet. "Scream or anything and I'll seriously hurt you." He said whispering in my ear. I felt my heart beating fast. He started to carry me out the building. I looked for Olivia but she was no where in sight.
"Didn't think you had it in you Anthony." One of the mysterious guys said to the guy carrying me. I now know him as Anthony. "Eh well." He responded. They stopped walking. I tried to wiggle free. "That's annoying Maya. Stop your no match for me." Anthony said. I didn't think he would remember my name. He put me down so I was standing. He had his arms across my chest. "Let me carry her then." The mysterious guy said. "Alright Danny. Don't get any bright ideas." Anthony said moving his arms. I thought about running but I didn't want them to hurt me more if they caught me. He took a step towards me and I took a step back. He smirked. I looked around and saw nothing but woods. Trees everywhere. He lifted me up. He was more rougher then Anthony. I tensed up. "Relax I'm not gonna hurt you." Danny said. "Do what are you gonna do with it?" Danny asked Anthony. I didn't like being called a "it" not at all. Anthony shrugged. "Maybe she can be a pet." Danny told me. "Maybe. Since she's so fragile." Anthony said. Im fragile? So far I didn't like what I was hearing.
