Sapphire's POV:
I love camp! I love everything about camp! I absolutely adore camp! And well, you get the picture. Dinner could not get anymore amazing, I mean we get to eat whatever we want. Ok, maybe I'm getting a bit over excited but it's just been forever and I mean we're here now, and I can't wait to train with my friends, play capture the flag... and ya know all that camp stuff. My parents are really overprotective of me and my sister, like my curfew is 9:30 and I'm 16 for zeus's sake! For example during spring break me and my friend got a job at this cafe at the mall and I swear, I'm like dead serious, my parents would subtlety drop by every freakin hour! I ended up quitting the job my first week much to there delight. But I love them both to death. And I know there doing it for the best, but that doesn't mean I have to lurk it.
Back to my main point, I have really overprotective parents so this summer I'm gonna try to gain some independence.
I glance around the dining hall, chatter and laughter fills the air. I'm sitting at the Ares table with my dad. Amites is sitting with my mom at the Hades table. My parents had to sit at their godly parents table but we got to choose, so we each sat with one of them. All the Valdez's are sitting at the Hepheates table, Kaden catches my gaze and winks at me, I roll my eyes. He's such a flirt.
Kaya and Alex sit with Jason at the Zeus table, they're the only ones there. Mia sits with her mom at the Aphrodite table, already eagerly engaged in every conversation. Megan (my cuz) sits at the Hades table she's talking to Amites about something and they seemed to be laughing. Aunt Reyna also sat with them, cause there is no Greek equivalent to her Roman mom\ goddess.
Dad and I stand up and leave the table as the meal is finished. We along with everyone else,(the seven & nico) head to the big house because Chiron said he wanted to talk to us about something.
I hope it's nothing bad, but I mean I doubt anything could ruin this summer. Right?
Been a while, huh??? Well, that was kinda a filler chapter the next one will be up soon!! And it'll be long and interesting and yeah ;)
