Chapter Ten: The Party and The Truth

Harry,Ron and Hermione was still upset that I was still friends with Draco but the worst part is some of the other griffindors are starting to ignore me since then i started hanging with him and Lupe at lunch whenever i can. soon the party was approaching I was sitting with with Draco during our potions lesson,ever since that day with Jorden we have been getting along better, when he asked me, So Timothy I heard that you were invited to Slughorns party. Oh yeah,I forgot about that. I told him while crushing rosemary leaves. Who are you going to invite? You now I haven't thought about that, Hmm I think i'll asked Lupe. He then smirked asking me, Are you two dating? I laughed, No, we're just friends. Hey, Were you and Weasley ever a thing? Ginny? No, but she has been acting weird lately. She could like you,if so then if Anderson says no then you can ask her. Draco, that's not funny. Besides she's already dating Dean Thomas. It was just an option. He said while shrugging and continued our work.                                                                                                         Ron's POV

While in potions class, I could over heard Tiger talking to Malfoy. I was livid at their conversation, I nudged Harry telling him, Listen to them. How could he hang out with somebody like that? He told me that they're friends. Harry said while working on the potion. Pff yeah right, the day Malfoy actually makes a friend without any horrible reasons is the day Snape gives the Griffindors a break, and trust me that is never ever going to happen. He nodded his head working on the potion. 

                                                             Timothy's POV

It was the night of the party,now we where walking towards the classroom. I had asked Lupe if she wanted to come with me and she was surprised but agreed. After a bit, Mr. Filch came in dragging Draco telling professor Slughorn that he was soliciting around but lucky for him professor Slughorn didn't punish him instead professor Snape went took him to a classroom to talk about his behavior. Suddenly I notice that Harry was following them, I walked up to him, Harry, just drop it. Of course you're defending him. I heard him mutter. That's no true,Harry. He's my friend and I would defend you too when it comes to it. I told him disappointed at his accusation of me but he ignored me and kept following them. I sighed soon it was time for the holidays, I stayed with the Weasleys, I was glad to see the twins again but they were a bit,Okay alot upset when they heard that I began friends with Draco but Fred made a joke, Wow mate, we leave you on your own for just a semester and you already close to Malfoy. I smiled a bit, He's alright when you get to know him. I told them then asked,So how's business with you? It's good. Said George. But we miss our favorite lookout. Added Fred. I rolled my eyes then told them, You guys are something, Oh I did get detention. They looked at me with wide eyes. really? They asked in unison. Yeah, but it was with my cousin and he's still mad at me so it wasn't very fun. What happened? asked Fred a bit worried. Well when I came to his office he yelled for me for a bit then he let me go. George frowned asking, What was his problem? I don't know, it's probably since he doesn't know it's me. I said while shrugging just then Remus asked me, Hey Timothy, can I talk to you? Okay. I told him then followed him to the hallway, Once he stopped he looked at me then sighed. 

                                                                      Remus's POV

I sighed then I told her the truth, the truth about Jorden Hohnsen. Timothy, the reason I asked for you to come with me is because I wanted to tell you about your cousin. What about Jorden? I asked curiously. Well I and the other marauders went to Hogwarts with him but I was friends with girl, her name was Phoebe. I gasped a bit at the name as Remus continued I began to wonder was this the Phoebe I know? We were good friends but Jorden was always cruel to everyone along with her but phoebe always brushed these off, telling us that he was mad or upset. It wasn't until one horrible day when Hohnsen killed her in cold blood. Sirius and I found them in the forest, I checked her pulse but it was too late,she was gone. Tiger, i'm telling you this as a warning. I don't want the same thing to happen to you as Phoebe, so promise me that you will stay away from him? She was quite, I would guess trying to accept this. I repeated her name worried but she said, Don't worry Remus I promise. I gave her a small smile then said, Thank you.

I nodded but later that night in my room I was thinking about what Remus had told me and about how Jorden had been treating me lately. I began to wonder, Would he treat me the same if he knew it was me?
