Chapter Nine ~ Show's End

I'm Sorry I haven't posted much of this recently, I've had a lot to do!

The curtains had drawn as we talked to each other. Silence taking up the noise of what should've been our conversation.

I heard voices and people shuffling out of the building, well at least the others would stay. Kaden wouldn't leave me behind, he's too good of a friend.

"Hahahah. Well at least you're not upset with me, that would be bad." I heard Mettaton poke through my thoughts, I stared back at him. I heard a soft buzzing noise while his face frowned. Blush dusting his face to accompany it.

"...Or are you angry at me (Y/N)?" He asked. I shook my head.

"...Why aren't you saying anything?" He hesitated before speaking again.

I walked up to him, he put one foot back, keeping the other in place. I went up to him and pecked him on the cheek, it was as far up as I could reach. The buzzing noise went from soft to hard. Buzzing wildly. His cheeks were crimson red too, obviously he didn't expect me to do a anything.

"...Wha...Why....uh..uhm....-ahem cough- hahha..." He was so nervous all of a sudden, the confident and charming Mettaton had turned into a awkward and nervous side of him I hadn't seen before.

"...Sorry....I-I wasn't..t-thinking..." I spoke calmly, before Usain bolting off the stage. I went into the bathroom and locked the door, looking in the mirror to see my face. My cheeks were pink, almost red. I sat myself on the floor.

Just...staring at the floor, I was contemplating what had happened.

I heard something behind me.

A small paper note had been passed under the door.

I looked at it.

"To (Y/N).

IT IS I THE GREAT PAPYRUS, ME AND SANS ARE CONFUSED TO WHY YOU ARE LOCKED IN THE BATHROOM. IT IS OKAY TO COME OUT!

YEAH!!! Why are you stuck in there anyway!!!!??!!!

Um. Yeah, why are you in there? Did something happen?
