Summer

Boiling heat,
Frothing skin;
Seems Summer's come for me again.

Burning face,
Screaming kids;
Doesn't feel like Summer bliss.

Bright red arms,
Heat headache;
The cutest part: my dead skin flakes.

Blazing sun,
Sweaty pits;
Who smells good when summer hits?

Baking hot,
Dying trees;
The humidity is killing me.

Summer is fine,
Don't get me wrong;
Summer's great when not too long.
