I Hate the Beach

I really, really hate the beach,
The noise, the water too.
The beach is almost always loud,
An overcrowded zoo.

I really, really hate the beach,
The water burns my nose;
My throat gets raw, I cannot breathe,
Saltwater really blows.

I really, really hate the beach,
Sand flying everywhere;
The dirt gets in my eyes and stings,
Gets in my clothes and hair.

I really, really hate the beach,
Dead fish wash up on shore;
The smell so bad it makes me gag,
Attracting birds and more.

I really, really hate the beach,
No matter what the season;
Forever I will hate the beach,
For many, many reasons.
