Twins: Ways Of Discovering Love

Ch. 1

Dagur's POV:

'Three years in this horrible prison.' I thought.

A random guard gave me something from outside the walls of my cell.

"That ain't bread! Why does he get something special?" a random prisoner complained.

I noticed what the guard gave me was a key. Well that's good for me. But bad for Hiccup and David.

Ever since those two put me in here I've been planning my revenge on them and their night fury's.

 I opened the cell and beat up eleven or so guards. I only had one guard in my way of revenge.

"Dagur, wait I'm the one that gave you the key!?" the guard from earlier said pleading at my knees.

"Which makes you a traitor... I HATE TRAITORS!!" I said before knocking the guy out cold.

I picked up the metal board keeping the exit of the prison locked and threw it on the traitor guard. Then I left the horrible prison with one mission.

"It's a new day Hiccup and David. Hope you both rested well enough." I said laughing like a lunatic as I ran away from the prison.

Hiccup's POV:

It's been three long years since the Battle with the Beserkers. Also 4 years since the Red Death incident with David and I.

My brother was hanging with Emma at the moment while I'm on an afternoon flight with Toothless.

"Hey, Toothless wanna try the new move? Hopefully this time it'll work." I said as we  did the move.

It didn't work I got unhooked from Toothless... again. I was plummeting slowly towards the ground with Toothless falling in front of me. I was the face of calm about my situation. Because it's happened a few times in the past couple years... sadly.

"So are you going to keep falling or... any ideas?" I asked Toothless casually. "I'm going to talk to David later we need to get our own set of wings, bud." I said as I was safely back on Toothless' saddle. He grunted at my response.

"Quiet you." I said patting his head as he flew back towards Berk.

'This is Berk.'

'This is Berk, too.' I thought as I flew through the under construction dragon stables.

'And so is this.' I thought to myself as I flew over one of the full-time dragon feeding stations.

'And this also.' Going by the water mills that were circulating fresh water.

Its been a good three years. Berk's changed a lot. But so have we.

Snotlout works with Gobber at the armory as the official weapons tester.

Ruffnut and Tuffnut to no ones surprise devoted their lives to Loki. The god of pranks. Irony really. But lucky us. Note sarcasm.

Then there's Fishlegs who teaches the younger viking children the history of dragons. He seemed perfect for the job.

I flew back out to sea for a couple more hours.

"Hiccup," Astrid said flying on Stormfly behind me.

"There you are where have you been?" I asked.

"Hiccup, I've been chasing you since the armory. We need to talk." she said sounding serious.

"Okay, but you gotta catch me first Astrid." I said as I made Toothless fly far away from her.

~A few mins later~

Toothless and I were just relaxing on a random sea shack in the middle of the ocean. Toothless wanted a head scratch so I did so but I felt a little down today.

Astrid and Stormfly found us and she wanted to talk to me.

"Hiccup, what I was talking about earlier is that... Stormfly and I are joining the Berk Guard." she said releasing a long sigh.

"Oh.. that's awesome... I'm happy for you guys. How's Emma on that decision?" I asked looking at her for a second.

"She's barely home during the day since she started dating David and all. So I haven't even told her yet." she replied.

"Oh,"

After I said that I heard Astrid go get back on Stormfly and she flew back to Berk.

~A couple hrs later in the dragon academy~

Toothless and I were just checking up on the academy. We barely use it anymore. I went to close  the old monstrous nightmare cage doors.

"Hey, Hiccup." David said walking into the academy with Shadow following him.

"Hey, David." I replied sounding gloomy.

"What's wrong Hic?" he asked with concern clear in his voice.

"It's just that I found out Astrid and Stormfly are joining the Berk Guard. And its starting to seem like its just Toothless and I because everyone has something to do on Berk.. that's all." I replied glad to get it off my chest to someone.

"Wow.. really? I would have thought Em would have told me that?" he said smirking. "Hey, it's okay bro you still got Shadow and I."

"Astrid hasn't told Emma yet because she's always hanging out with her boyfriend. I wonder who that is?" I teased him as we all left the academy and headed home for the night.
