Lucifer and Zedward are teasing Neil about liking Leroy's job as a cross dressing stripper. Zed had used some pretty provocative language while teasing Neil too.

Zed rolled his eyes and ignored Henry; saying dirty things was just normal for him and he liked being a sassy ghetto bitch.
"So do you like Leroy's job?" Lucifer asked Neil, pestering him for an answer.
Neil's face turned even darker red like hooker red lipstick. 'What if I do like Leroy's profession?" he questioned shyly.
Leroy looked at Neil like "really you except that I dress like a woman slut and shake my jiggly puff at strangers?"
"OH MY FUDGERING BAJEZUZ!!!!!! Neil loves that rump shaking beee-yotch!" zed yells gleefully.
"ZEDWAAARD!!! Shut your filthy mouth. My grandpappy would have you slaughtered if he heard you talk in that there language," Henry exclaimed.
Neil looked at Leroy and nodded "Yes I do except your "interesting" profession...." he says being cut off by Lucifer.
"That's because he wants your jiggly puff," Lucifer says simply.
Neil flips Lucifer off like lump off bro.
Leroy looks at Neil smiling shyly "So you like me?" he questions and bats his eye lashes.
"ISNT IT FUDGERING OBVIOUS!!!!!" Zed screaches.
"Yes I do..." Neil says ignoring Zed.
What will happen next? Will Leroy like Neil back? What will their friendship become? Will we ever find out why Zedward is a ghetto ass bitch in TN? Will Henry ever SHUT HIS FACE!?! What is Lucifer's deal? Find out in Chapter 3.
