I never thought that I would be face to face with him again. We haven’t seen each other in years so this is kind of awkward.
I like to think that it was my entire fault, you know with what happened between us. That was five years ago though, and now we’re both twenty. He didn’t notice me at first because one, I’m no longer fifteen and two, I look a bit different.
He looks the same though, but there are a few things that are different about him. I always knew that he would ink his skin with art that would have a deeper meaning then what others would think. He now has facial hair, which makes him even more attractive.
I looked up at him after pulling myself from my thoughts and let a small smile spread across my face. He brought his lit cigarette to his lips and took a long drag with his eyes closed. His eyes opened when he exhaled the toxic smoke, a simple smirk appeared on his face.
“Hello Perrie.” The way my name rolled off his tongue made my heart flutter just as it did years ago.
“Hi Zayn.” I replied in a soft voice, scared to project it any louder than a whisper.
I was face to face with Zayn Malik once again, but to me, he will always be the Skater Boy…
