Soccer/Foot update!
So my foot was basically like 75% okay, I could run and stuff. I played in my game last night went to kick the ball, a girl from the other team tried to kick it at the same time, missed and kicked across the top of my foot from my toes to my ankle, I swore to god it felt like my toe nail ripped off. I kept on playing bc we had no subs cause my friend had literally just gotten hurt so she was off. So now my foot is back to hurting. Yay 😑. But my team won so....

Also idk if there will be an update next week. I'm away all weekend for my bday party and then I have my SLFL concert on Tuesday!!
(Super excited!! I have sound check tickets!! Sitting in section 203, row j, seats 5-6)

*5 Days Later*
Luke's POV

Nova let out another loud squeal as he crawled after the football (soccer ball).

Once he got it he sat and picked it up throwing it towards me laughing and squealing.

I get the ball and he quickly crawls towards me.

I hold it out to him and when he tries to grab it I lift it higher and he starts to laugh.

I do this multiple times before my phone rings.

I toss the ball and Nova crawls after it.

I get up and grab my phone.

It was Chloe calling.

"Hello?" I answer.

"How soon can you get back here?" Chloe asks her voice weak and broken.

"I don't know, why?" I ask a little annoyed.

If she's called me because she's having problem's then she's called the wrong person.

She starts to cry.

"For fucks sake you didn't hurt yourself again did you?" I ask.

Shit that's a little harsh.

"No you fucking asshole!" she sobs.

"Sorry, but why the hell are you crying?" I ask.

"Our daughter is in the hospital and I don't even know if she's alive!" Chloe sobs.

Time stops and my jaw drops.

What happened?

My mum walks into the room and sees me.

"Luke? What's wrong?" she asks.

I shake my head slowly and point to Nova.

She looks at me confused.

I pull the phone away from my ear.

"Mum watch him for a minute please" I almost whisper.
