I turned off my alarm and decided it was a good idea to go wake up Jack. I walked into his room and knelt down next to his bed. "Jack, come on little brother. Wake up, today is your play date. The sooner you get up the sooner we can go get your little girlfriend." He popped his eyes wide open and sat up strait.
"She isn't my girlfriend yet River." He looked so mad that it was funny. "River stop laughing, I don't even know what you're laughing at." I died down my laughter and shook my head.
"You're just too cute Jack. Now come on get ready we got to get going soon. Have Molina go make you your breakfast, and no chocolate this morning. Have eggs and bacon or plain pancakes with strawberries, please just something healthy." He nodded his head and I walked out of his room.
I decided to take a quick shower and put on some shorts and a white tank top and a jean shirt over it.

I walked out of the bathroom with my hair brushed and make up on and ready to go.
I walked down stairs to find Jack finished with his breakfast. "Hey you ready to go?" He nodded his head and darted for the door. I waved to Molina and walked out the door myself. Once I got to my garage I saw Jack getting in my red car.
"Hey Jack what are you doing?" I started walking to my lime green McLaren. I looked at Jack to see if he got the hint.
"River are you serious?!?!? We are taking the McLaren? You are so awesome." I smiled and got into the car. Now you're probably thinking that I'm crazy because this car only has two seats. What you didn't know is Cole is going to have fun seating both kids on his lap.
I made sure Jack was bucked and was ready to go before i pulled out of the driveway. I headed toward Cole's house.
It only took 10 minuets to get to his house and once we got there we both got out and went to the porch. Jack rung the door bell and a little girl answered the door.
"Jack You're finally here!!" I looked down to see the little girl. She Had blonde hair with icy blue eyes and she was in some shorts and a plain turquoise t-shirt.
"Brook what did I tell you about answering the door?" I looked up to see Cole standing behind his little sister wearing jeans and a tight t-shirt showing off the curves of his muscles.
"But Cole I Knew It was Jack." She turned around so she could face him. Cole bent down to be eye level with her.
"Brook you know the rules. What if it wasn't Jack? Then what would you do?" It was silent for a moment while Brooklyn thought about her brother's question.
"I don't know. Sorry Cole." She hugged her little brother and my heart just melted at the sight in front of me. Who knew Cole could have such a soft heart.
"Are you guys ready to go?" Everyone looked at me and shook their heads. "Alright lets load up in my car. The two little ones go on Cole's lap since there are only two seats in the car." I got a look from Cole that told me what he was feeling about the kids on his lap. He looked at me very annoyed. I just shrugged it off and went to the drivers seat.
"Hold up! You have a McLaren? Who the hell are you?" His jaw was dropped and he stopped in his tracks.
"Yes and lets just say I'm very well off for myself." I started the engine and waited for everyone to get situated. I pulled out of the driveway and went strait to my house. I pulled into the garage and turned off the engine.
"And you have a camaro too?! what other kind of cars do you have?" I didn't answer him I just walked away and went into the house along with the two little ones. Once I got into the house I saw Brooklyn looking around at everything.
"Hi Brooklyn I'm River."
"Hi River, I love your house. It's so big and awesome." I laughed at he wide eyes.
"Thank you. Jack you know the rules. You make a mess you clean it okay?" He nodded his head and went strait up stairs into his play rooms. Cole finally made it into the house. I think he was checking out my cars in my garage.
"How can you be a nerd and still have all theses amazing things?" I started walking into the living room and I heard Cole follow.
"Well let's just say I know what want and I do whatever it takes to make it happen. So you ready to get started on that project?"he nodded his head and got his paper out of his back pocket.
"Alright first question of the da-" I was cut off short.
"You're hiding something. I just know it."
"I'm not hiding anything." i looked him strait in the eyes.
"yes you are. For a nerd who doesn't have any friends and dresses pretty bad shouldn't have a home like this, and to have cars like you do. I'm going to find out what you are hiding."
I leaned forward. "Have fun trying cause you never will."
