River's Pov

"Jack are you ready to go?" I grabbed my car keys and turned around to find Jack no where in sight.

"JACK!!" I finally head footsteps going down the stairs. 

"I'm coming River!!" He came down the stairs with his overnight bag.

"I'm going to be late if we don't leave now and I still need to drop you off at Annie's house." Annie was our baby sitter for when I had a fight at night or when I wanted to throw a party. Annie was the only babysitter that I actually trusted and Jack liked.

"River why do you have to got work on a Sunday night? Why can't we just have Brooklyn and Cole over again like we did yesterday?" 

"Jack not today maybe this coming Saturday. I have to go to work so we can eat and live here. Come on we have to go now. We are taking my camaro." Jack finally nodded his head and went out the door. I looked at my reflection once more in the mirror that was next to the door.  I dyed my hair blonde just in case people from school comes tonight they won't recognize me.

I walked into the garage and got into my camaro. I looked back at jack to make sure he had his seat belt on. I started my ignition.

"River?" I looked back at Jack.

"I don't want you to go. I want you to stay home and watch movies with me. I don't want to go to Annie's." I sighed. I hated when this happened. 

"Jack, I have to go to work. I'll be back tomorrow morning and we can sit and watch whatever movies you want and eat ice cream. How does that sound?" 

"I guess it sounds okay." I turned back around and I backed my camaro out of the garage. I made my way out onto the street and headed off to Annie's house. 

I tuned on some music and the song Rise by Katy Perry was on. I heard Jack singing along so I tuned it up and started singing very loudly myself. Soon enough both of us were singing our hearts and Jack had a smile on his face. 

"Victory is in my veins. DON'T DOUBT IT, DON'T DOUBT IT!" I turned down the volume when I pulled into Annie's driveway. I turned off the car and unbuckled myself. Jack did the same and grabbed his over night bag. We both got out of the car at the same time and started walking up to the house.

I rung the door bell and a girl who is a little taller than me with green eyes, and brown hair opened the door. 

"RIVER AND JACK! It's so good to see you!" She gave Jack and I a quick hug and motioned us to come in. 

"Hi Annie, Thank you so much for taking Jack tonight." 

"Oh no problem dear. Jack why don't you go put your stuff in the guest bedroom and you can go play with the rest of the kids." Jack nodded and did as he was told.

"I'll be back tomorrow early morning around 8. Is that okay?"

"That's perfect." She smiled and I said my goodbyes.  I walked out of the door and out to my car. I started my car and made my way to the arena. I had three fights tonight. All are pretty easy but still, 3 fights? I hope I don't get tired and lose. If I lose it's going to be my first lose ever.

I pulled into the arena's parking lot and punch in my code to get to the fighters parking lot. The gate opened and drove into a parking spot. I grabbed my stuff and got out of the car. I made sure I had my sunglasses on and I kept my head down to make sure no one sees me going into the building. 

I walk in and the front of the building is a bar. I go up to the bartender and slip him a 50 dollar bill. 

"I would like a Trix." He nods his head and motions me to the back of the bar. I go behind the bar and into a room where there are stairs that head down to the underground fighting ring.

Not a lot of people are here yet but I take a hallway that leads me to my room where I hope Trevor is waiting for me.

I keep walking and someone knocks me in the shoulder. 

"Hey!" The person turned around and I couldn't see their face. Their hood covered their face and the lighting in the hallway was close to non existent. The man turned back around and continued on his way. That was weird.

I walk into my room and set my stuff down. 

"Hey there Trix. How's it going?" I look up and Trev is standing in the door way.

"It's going. Someone just hit my shoulder in the hallway coming here. I yelled hey and he turned around but I couldn't see his face at all."

"Eh don't think too much of it. Think of your three fights tonight. They are all pretty easy."

"Who are they against?" I unpacked my gloves and everything else.

"The first one is Commander, second is Thunder, and the third one is Ryan." I have fought Commander before but the other two I have no idea who they are.

"Alrighty then. Help me wrap my hands please." Trevor helped me get myself all set up to go into the ring and soon enough it was time to win some fights.

I look out and i see a guy in the middle of the ring reaching for the microphone. "Ladies and gentleman. Tonight we have three fights. All are which are with Trix." I heard the crowd chant my name and it makes me feel pretty good. "Everyone welcome Commander!!" There are some cheers in the crowd and some boos. I look at my first opponent and he seems like the normal opponent that I usually go up against. Commander gets into the ring and shows off a little. 

"Now introducing Trix!" I am phenomenal by Eminem comes on and I walk to the ring. I walk down to the ring with an expressionless face.

I step into the ring and everything goes silent. "Alright the winner is the one who can put down their opponent for ten seconds. I want a clean fight tonight. On the bell you may start the fight." The announcer steps back and I can hear little whispers in the crowd. 

The bell rings and the fight begins.
