Twins

I looked James in the eye and he bit his lip. "he's my twin brother" he said and I looked confused. "I thought he died" I said and he shook his head.

"he escaped from an asylum, he was mental so my mum locked him up. I haven't seen him since until then" he said looking down.

I clasped his hands and kissed his cheek. "it's okay now" I say as Sarah changes the babies.

I smile as Sarah put them in they're crib James walked over."they have your eyes" he says looking down at them.

mam walks through the door. "today I'm going the park with Marys little ones I'll take the babies and youll all go catch up"

I look over at the babies. "I'd rather stay with them"I watched as they wriggled around."but go visit Michael for now and we'll talk about it later I'll mind them" she argues then makes her way out.

I"alright let me get changed first" I get up and go to the closet to pull out a t-shirt and baggy jeans.

I got changed in the bathroom and then we left and got in James car to go to the hospital.

We walk in and I see James still breathing body lay there as if his life was already taken..

I walked over and sat beside him as his eyes flutter open. "Skyler you're okay" he states in a rough voice.

"damn your hair" he said clearing his throat and I smiled. "you got fat" he said jokingly. "well you got ugly state of you" I say grinning as he glared at me.

"bitch" he whispered smiling. "cunt" I say returning a glare. "hey man you're alive" James said walking closer.

"sadly since I have to see your ugly mug" Michael retorted and they both laughed.

"very funny you look like a pin cushion" James said and we laughed. "better than looking like you ya prick" he said smiling.

"well we can all agree you all look like shit" Sarah chimed in illuming from fthe corner. We all laughed as we talked but soon it was time to leave.

"I'll be out tomorrow" he said smiling and I bent down to Hug him. We left and went home.

James dropped of Sarah and we went back to my house we walk in and it looks like mam and the babies aren't back yet so I started cooking dinner.

James helped with the cooking and cleaning, they still weren't back and I got a little worried.

"should we call them?" I asked taking out my phone. "we called three times already theyll be back any minute" he said reassuringly but I called her one more time.

"hello" I could here the babies laughing."hey honey sorry my phone died so I charged it in Claires" mom stated talking and relief flooded me soon we ended the conversation.

I put my phone down and walked over to James. He put his arms around me. "what are we doing about your kids?" he asked wrapping his arms around me. "our kids?" I asked pulling away. "yeah yeah I mean our kids?" he asked.

"well I guess we can move out and live somewhere quite so they can-" I was cut off by his phone ringing.

"I got to take this" he walked out of the room. I heard him whisper so I got closer to the door. "hey baby" he whispered. "yeah I haven't told her yet" he stated. "well that sounds like a lot of fun kitty" he stated. "okay I'll see you tonight love you" with that he walked back in. "what did I tell you dave don't call me at night" he stated walking back up to me.

"who was that?!" I asked clenching my jaw. "dav-" I held my hand up. "why didn't you tell me you're with someone?" I asked tears burning my eyes. "it's just you left you were gone I wanted to move on but when I saw the kids I couldn't tell you" he answered and came closer so I backed away.

"you never even thought to tell me!" I shouted my voice wavering. "look! I'm sorr-" I cut him off by shoving him. "SHUT UP SHUT UP DON'T SAY YOU'RE SORRY YOU'RE NOT SORRY YOU EVEIL AND CRUEL AND! and leave just leave" my voice was but a whisper at the end.

"okay I'll go, but Sky-" he continued. "I really am sorry" he said I turned my back and walked over the table leaning on it.

He walked over to hug me but I put my arm up. "don't touch me" I whispered.
"sky-" he said opening the door. "get out" I said through gritted teeth.

He walked out and my mother walked in."sky what happened" she asked sitting the babies on the table. "I never want to see him again" I said picking up my babies.

I walked out of the kitchen and headed upstairs. I walked in and sat them in there cot.

I lay on my bed confused scared and sad. I fell asleep on the bed and woke up to the babies crying.

I got up and changed them then went to get a shower I came out to see them napping in there cot.

After I got dressed I brought them down to feed them. I looked around and mom was nowhere to be seen.

She was still in bed asleep she had a cold and didn't feel well so I got her to stay inside for the day.

I heard the door bell ring and opened it to see Michael and Sarah. They came in and sat down as I explained that James was never to step foot in the house again.

"So what's your plan?" she asked her eyes flickering between me and Michael.

"I don't know bu-" I was cut off by my mum screaming. "Sky Sky" I ran to her room as fast as I could to see he clutching her chest.

"what happened!?" I asked running over to her. "I'm having a hear attack call nine one one" she called out.
