Missed U I Think?

Chapter 13

Jacobs POV.
I saw sam lying on the ground blood everywhere and a pill bottle on the counter I was in shock I started to get tears I hurried and called 911 and they were on there way I yelled for her parents no one answer I wonder were they are I called my mom and told her about how I found sam and told her to call her parents. I was sitting there with sam telling her everything was ok when I knew it wasn't then people came in and took sam away they wouldn't let me come I sat in here room just bawling I sat on her bed and heard a crinkle I got up and saw 5 cards I looked at the one that said jacob I picked up and started reading it

Jacob
I think i will miss you the most but I relised I was a little harsh but I just realized the way I acted wasn't forgivible even if you said it was I wouldn't be able to live knowing I acted like that so if your not going to be able to see me in this world you will see me in another someday continue to stay strong and never stop believing your self like I did and always keep smiling because it always made me feel good yours always sam❤

I read it with tears in my eyes I went back home and talked with my mom she said she would take me to the hospital tomorrow to see her I went to my room and fell asleep crying.

Next day

I got up got dressed and did my hair I went downstairs grabbed some pop tarts and asked my mom if she was ready to go she said yes so off we went.
Sam's POV.
So I thought I woke up but I didn't I felt warm safe but I figured I was at a hospital I could hear my parents crying saying please wake up sam we miss you so much we promise that we will spend so much more time together and if your feeling lonely we will take u to school so you can make friends but for that your gonna have to wake up sweetheart. My heart was telling me to wake up or at least try but my he'd was telling me no there is no use for u there you'll be better in heaven. I heard a familiar voice walk in and ask if they could be alone with me my parents must of said yes because I heard them leave I heard that person walk over and touch my hand and start saying I know you probably can't hear me but I wanted to say I can see how this is all my fault by then I new it was Jacob
if you come back I promise that I would forgive you and I would treat you better I know we knew each other when we were younger and stuff but then you left but then you came back and I was excited but also scared to get to know this new person because I was afraid you wouldn't like me after and I know that after what I did to u I wouldn't like me either but if you come back I promise that I'll make it up to u I will treat u like the amazing person you are
I wanted to cry and hug him right then and there but I couldn't move I didn't want to move right yet I started to feel tired and then I heard loud Beeb's and doctors running in saying that Jacob needed to leave and I heard him and my parents crying
Jacob POV.
I was talking to a lifeless looking Sam when I heard a loud beeb the doctors ran in and told me I had to leave I was crying I went out and saw same parents crying they opened there arms offering a hug I took that offer I called my mom and asked her if I could stay over night she said yes so I had her bring fresh clothes and a charger + my ear buds she got here and gave them to me and decided to stay to I went and sat down and put my ear buds in and listen to please don't go-joel Adams and fell asleep thinking about Sam

Next morning

I went to see if Sam was in here room but she wasn't I went to fund her parents I finally found them and asked were Sam was they said she had to have surgery because when she fell she hit her head on he side of the sink the sharp part and it triggered something in her brain cells at that point her parents were crying I hugged them and cried with them.
My mom said we had to go so I got my stuff and I got in the car I asked my mom if Sam wakes up and decides to go to a public school can I go to she said she would have to think about it.

I already have 3 chapters typed I'm just going to wait to publish them! Hope your liking the story
