Chapter 31

Niki and I woke up the next day to the boys cooking breakfast. They made us eggs, bacon, and toast. I walked in to the kitchen and said

"What's this about babe?"

"Go read the card first next to the flowers." He said kissing my head

I walked over to it and opened the card it said

I know it's nothing great but will you make me happy and go on a date and maybe prom?

I walked over to him wrap my arms around him from behind and said

"It's perfect, not extravagant which I like but it still has thought and love put in it. I would love to go to prom with you."

He turned around kissed me and said

"Good I'm glad."

"I love you!"

"I love you too!"

"How are you going to actually propose to me?"

"I don't know. Haven't thought that far yet."

He turned around to check on the eggs and bacon. He put it all on a plate and said

"I hope you all enjoy."

I looked over at Jack and I said

"So what're you going to do for Niki?"

"We're going out tonight." He said

"Oh I see. Nicole you better tell me everything that happens."

"I promise I will tell you." She said eating

"K good. This is delicious babe!" I said kissing Finn's cheek

"Thank you! Don't get use to this because this is all I know how to cook!" He said making me laugh

"It's ok. I know how to cook."

"Oh trust me I know and that is amazing." He said

"Speaking of which tomorrow night since we're going to be here and your guys' mom is going to be at work late again what do you all want? Cause if I have to each out one more time I think all the salt places put in their food is going to start coming out of my nose!"

"How about grilled chicken with your cheesy potatoes!" Said Jack

"Ok that's easy. Remind me to go out and check the grill to see if we still have propane or if we have to go out and get some." I told Finn

We finished eating and then I went and got dressed. I threw on my lion king shirt that said Hakuna Matata and it had Simba and Nala on it as well, then I threw on shorts and my white converse, finally I did my hair and make up. Niki got ready as well and she had on a Lilo and Stitch shirt on that has Stitch and it says Ohana means family, she had on shorts as well and grey converse, she did her hair and make up as well. Before I left Finn reminded me to check the propane so I did that and then I kissed Finn goodbye and then Niki and I were off. We went to the mall and we tried on different dresses. My favorite one was this purple and black one that Niki tried on. She looked beautiful in it. She loved it so much.
