Alex's POV
The boys decided to let me take a nap to get my mind off things after I stood there gaping with my mouth wide open after Harry revealed to me that tiny piece of information they failed to include earlier. Of course they hid that from me at the start because they knew I would escape as much as I possibly could.
So as I lay awake after my nap, staring at the ceiling, I thought about everything. I'm young and I've always been taught to reserve myself until I find the person I love, but in my case, it's people. I don't know if I'm willing to give myself up yet.
The boys have shown nothing but love from the very first moment I've talked to them. They make me feel safe and at home and I want nothing more than to make them happy. I actually want to be their mate, but this process scares me. It scares me more than anything, but I'd do anything for them. I love them.
"Alex?" I heard Niall ask from my doorway.
"Yeah?"
"The boys and I wanted to talk with you downstairs for a little bit."
I nodded and followed Niall down into the living room where I saw all of the boys sat on the couches. I sat next to Zayn on the love seat, completely silent.
"Love, I hope you know we care for you deeply, and we love you 'till no tomorrow, but we hate seeing you in pain and we really do need to continue as soon as possible," Liam gently soothed. I simply just nodded my head.
"Babe, can you please tell us what we need to do to make you more comfortable with this? We can have Liam compel you," Harry said.
"No. I want my first to be what I feel. I just feel too young for this," I mumbled.
"You're mature in you head. That's all that matters, darling. We won't hurt you," Zayn replied.
"I-Okay..I'm ready," I sighed.
"Are you 100% positive Alex?"
"Yes."
A/N: Here's a little chapter to fill you guys in! I just wanted to give you guys something tonight. I also wanted to say that there will not be a sequel :( But! My new book will be very thrilling and climatic!
