Chapter 11-Teenage Runaway

A/N- I FORGOT THE USERNAME TO THIS ACCOUNT AND I'VE BEEN FREAKING OUT! I finally figured it out and I'm so happy omg.

Alex's P.O.V

The middle of the night came quicker than I had expected. I had a bag packed and ready to go this time. I made sure to wear long pants and a jacket this time so that I didn't have a repeat of last time.

I made it through the house without getting caught and started my journey into the woods. It was dark and kind of chilly, but this time I came prepared. I grabbed the flashlight from my pocket and began to walk. I didn't hear any movement, but about twenty minutes into my walk, I saw faint lights ahead.

I needed to get there so I could blend in with everyone else and have less of a chance of being caught.

The lights ahead of me turned out to be a village of some sort. There weren't many people out, but something that made me nervous was that they were all staring at me...like they knew me. I would stare back at those who looked at me, but it was like my glances didn't phase them. I was about to turn onto a street when I bumped into Lou...the girl that knew the boys.

"Alex! What are you doing here? Where are the boys?" I just looked at her and as if she read my mind, her eyes went wide. "Alex! You can't just run away!"

"I'm sorry! I'm scared and they want to bite me! I don't want that! I don't want to be a vampire!" I cried to her.

"Oh hun, I get that you're scared, but you won't be a vampire yet! Did those idiots tell you that? If they did, they've got it all wrong! There's two parts to the whole pro-"

"ALEX! ALEX WE CAN SMELL YOU! WE AREN'T MAD AT YOU, JUST PLEASE COME OUT!" I heard Liam yell.

"Lou! Please please hide me! I don't want them to find me yet please!" I begged her.

"Okay, I'll hide you," she agreed. She took me to her little house and had me sit on the couch while she talked to me. "I promise you the boys love you with every bit of their heart. They don't want to hurt you and they love you so much. I understand that you don't love them yet, but you will. The mating process brings you so much closer and I know you're a good mate for them."

"I just don't want to be bitten..." I said while picking at my nails.

"You have to be or you'll die. Do you want me to explain this all to you?"

"Yes, that would be nice...."

"Okay. So, I'll be completely honest with you... When they bite you, they don't release their venom. Their venom is what turns you. When they bite you, it will hurt, a lot. After that, they'll explain to you the rest." She basically just told me everything the boys have said to me.

"Well now that I've told you, I'll make you something to eat." I nodded and waited for her to come back. I heard a beeper go off and not too long later, Lou was bringing me mac & cheese. "I hope this is okay. I don't have much because I don't usually eat human food."

"It's fine, thank you." I ate some food while Lou said she had to go and make a phone call. When I finished less than half, I laid down on the couch and fell asleep.

Lou's POV

When I came back from down the steps, Alex had fallen asleep. I actually went upstairs to call the boys and tell them that I have her. There was a loud banging on my door and I ran to open it before they woke up Alex. Of course, like I expected, it was the boys. "Where is she!?" Harry yelled.

"Shut up, Harold! She's sleeping!" I whispered at him. He nodded and then we all walked into the living room to see her. "She's terrified. She's stressing herself out with all of this and it's not good for her. She won't eat." I said pointing to her almost full bowl of mac and cheese.

"She's very stubborn...I can say that." Liam sighed.

"She needs to be a healthy weight and be fed before any of us bite her. The loss of blood most likely won't go well," Zayn explains to us. The boys all nodded in agreement.

Alex's POV

I heard voices...and it wasn't just Lou. The boys were here. My heart beat started to pick up and I started freaking out.

"Alex?" was the last thing I heard before my world turned dark.

A/N- Hello! Like I said previously, I forgot I changed my username and I couldn't figure out what I had changed it to, luckily my ipad was still logged in! This chapter is probably shit, but thank you for your previous suggestions in the comments! I loved using them! Comment some more and maybe I'll use them!
