2:00 am
I peek my head out into the hallway and see my parents light off and I know that they are asleep.
I tiptoe to the main level floor and then down another floor and see that both of my brothers lights are off too
I smirk and head back to my room.
I grab my P!ATD backpack and stuff a blanket, my stuffed bunny floppy, my wallet, my ID, the letter, my regular phone charger, my portable charger, Chapstick, a pair of fuzzy socks, and a pillow in the bag.
I set my bag to the side and begin to grab clothes.
I grab a black long sleeve shirt and my black 5SOS shirt out. Along with a pair of ripped black skinny jeans and my all black high top converse. I also had on all of my string and jelly bracelets on that I never take off. I was about to leave my room when I decided I would wear my 5SOS beanie. I had to wear a long sleeve shirt under my tee shirt because it was winter in Ohio and there was snow outside
I didn't have to bring a jacket though because I had a high cold tolerance.
I stuff my earbuds in my pocket along with my phone and grab my backpack and head outside.
I stop at my door and grab my keys and my skateboard
I opened and closed the door quietly
I locked the door and began to run off to the town over.
I would've skateboarded, but the road was icy my town, North Canton, didn't have sidewalks due to it being a small town, so I had to run through the grass
After a while, the road wasn't icy anymore and I decided to run on the road because I don't want my wheels to freeze
It was currently 2:37 am and 5SOS would arrive at 10 am
My feet quietly pittered on the road and I saw a sign that said "Welcome to Canton"
And I smiled, knowing the bus station was only 15 minutes away
I ran even faster, due to the fact that it was 2:42 and the bus to Columbus arrives at 3 am
I smiled as I saw more people walking towards the way I was and I knew I was close
2:53! I made it. I walk into the building and check which station it was at. B37
I exited the building and began to walk down the rows until I found the small group of people waiting there.
I smiled, even though no one would be able to see it due to the dark starry night of North Canton.
I smiled even more up at the stars. North canton wasn't busy and the stars shined so bright here. I loved it.
The bus pulled up and the people around me began to pile on. Barely any people. Maybe 7 or 10 people.
I got on last and payed the bus driver 6 dollars because if your bus fare was 2 hours or less you payed 6 dollars, but they also had a grace period of ten minutes so the extra seven minutes on my journey didn't matter. I began to walk to the back of the nice bus. It had cushioned seats and outlets and a bathroom and TV's and Internet. It was kinda like a plane in a way. Just instead on wheels
As I walked to the back, a mom sat next to her young girl and the little girl pointed at me.
"Mommy! Look! She has blue hair!"
"Sophie! I'm so sorry miss" the mom says
I smile. "It's fine. Don't worry."
I get to the back of the bus and sit down on the left side. I turn my little TV off and put my legs on the set next to me since there were two seats next to each other in each little section
I put my back to the window and my bag in between my legs on the other seat. I set my skateboard under my chair and got my earbuds and phone from my pocket.
4:08. I smiled.
2 hours and 7 minutes from now would be
6:15
I would have 3 hours and 45 minutes to be at the airport.
I would be on time.
But I'd be late to school. I'd miss science and history. Oh well. I'd also miss lunch but who cares? I'll pick something up instead
