34 (Stopover)

Ara's POV
I looked at him curiously. Is he that serious? Well he does have a point. I got my ticket.

"I haven't even told my mom yet." I told him.

He laughed and gave me his phone. I was in that rush that I didn't even pack.

I got his phone and dialled my mom's number.

"Hello? Drake?" She picked up and answered.

"Ma. It's Ara."

"Ara, anak. Are you at the airport?" she suddenly asked me.

"Huh? How did you know?" I asked.

"Oh your little not so chismosa cousin told me everything." she told me.

I laughed. Sophia is such a chitchatter. I love her so much tho.

"Yes ma, I'm with Drake. Did Sophia tell you she booked the flight?" I asked.

"Yes nak. She did. I will let you have a holiday okay. Just both of you know your limitations okay. I trust the both of you." she told me.

Yes I know our limitations, and we would never ever break any of those trusts.

"Yes ma. I know. Thank you, thank you! I'll see you after a week. I love you both."

"Okay anak. Be careful. Have fun the both of you."

I suddenly heard Sophia in the background.

"Not too much fun hahaha!" she shouted.

I laughed and said goodbye.

I gave back Drake his phone.
"Approved by the mom." I told him.

He laughed. We went to the service counter at the airport to book Drake's flight with mine. After that we sat down to wait for our flight.

I put my head on his shoulder. I missed this. I missed feeling him beside me and feeling perfect and secure because he is with me.

"I missed you Ara." he said.

I smiled and looked at him.

"I promise my trust and loyalty is with you stronger. I love you."

I am who I am today because of him. Now we are heading to Barcelona for a mini vacation. I will enjoy every minute of it.

We decided to eat and sleep before our flight. We are now at the Lounge to sleep. I was scrolling down my facebook feed to kill time. I looked beside me and saw Drake sleeping peacefully.

I don't know what I would do if ever he did pull through the plan he had to leave Manila by himself. I am so lucky that destiny really was on my side and helped me chase him.

I took a quick photo of him and posted it on my Instagram Account.
