20 (Bonfire)

ARA POV

I stepped on the yellow sand, we are finally here! After the hours of travelling. I could see people swimming, playing and even singing in the kareoke bars. I can't wait. Ms Chandria lead us to the little cabins. We had to share rooms.

"Guys, pick a group of 4" she shouted.

Drake held my hand and Sarah and Alex came with us. We had a cabin for ourselves. Ms Chandria gave us the key and we went inside.

Inside was 2 double beds, a television on the wall and a one bathroom. It looked like a hotel. Sarah and I went a chose our beds. The boys got the other.

"Finally!" I said while jumping on the bed face first.

Sarah joined me.

Suddenly, Drake jumped on our bed. I looked at him and tried to push him off. He was holding on to the side.

"I am such a third wheel here." Sarah said and got up and went to Alex.

Alex laughed.

I just turned my back on him, then he hugged me. I got his hand and flicked it off. But he kept putting his hand back. Argh. My Clingy Suitor.

"He's making a move." Alex whispered to Sarah. I heard Sarah laugh. These two.

I gave up and tried to get up. But he kept pulling me down.

"Draaaaaaakkeee." I said in a baby tone. I saw him smile while his eyes were closed. I slapped him gently on the face but he still wouldn't let go of my hand.

"Drake, i'll count to 3, if you don't let me go, i'll ask Ms Chandria to let me be in another room" I said. I know he's scared of me not being with him.

"1" he's still not moving.

"2" he just held it tighter.

"If you don't let go." I said warning him.

"3" he didn't move.

Okay then. I was about to shout "Ms" but he suddenly let go.

"No don't go babe." he said.

I got up and got my bag with my clothes and went to the shower. I decided to take a shower. I could hear Ms Chandria come into our cabin. I heard her say to come out later at 5pm. We had time to rest, finally.

I took a shower and came out in leggings and a singlet. I went out. Sarah was asleep, so was Alex. Drake was on his phone. I tried not to wake up the two.

"Arn't you going to sleep bear?" I whispered to him.

He nodded. "I just need to upload something."

"Oh okay." I said.

I decided to text my mom.

To Mama <3: I'm here in Boracay! Skype you later?

I waited for a reply. I was brushing my hair. I looked at Drake. I found him asleep already. He is so cute. I went to him and took a picture. His phone was beside him, his hair was up and his lips were pouting.

I heard a vibrate. It was my phone.

From Mama <3: Okay. Stay safe princess.

I smiled and put my phone beside me and slept next to Sarah.

*1hr later*

I am still tired. I hugged Sarah beside me. Wait, is this Sarah? Why is she holding my hand? Then suddenly, felt a hand on my cheek. I opened my eys and Drake was beside me smiling.

"Oh My Gosh." I screamed while getting up.

Alex and Sarah laughed.

I looked at Drake and he smiled. I rolled my eyes. I checked the time and it was already 4:30pm. I remembered that Ms Chandria was going to speak to us at the beach outside the cabins.

I went to the bathroom, and checked myself on the mirror. Oh My Gosh, my hair was so messy. I fixed my hair into a ponytale and added some make-up on.

I came out of the bathroom. and I felt someone back hug me.

"Sorry Babe." he said while leaning his head on my shoulder.

"Where is Alex and Sarah?" trying to change the topic.

"They went outside. They're just waiting for us now." he said.

I tried to pull his hand away from my waist but he kept hugging me.

"Drake we have to go." I said.

He didn't let go. "Sorry na babe." he said.

"Drake. I'm okay." I said.

He still didn't let go. "Can we just stay here babe?" he asked.

I turned to him. "We have to go. Ms Chandria is going to look for us."

He sighed and held my hand. We went outside. The sky was already dim and and water was crashing.

We went to the little bonfire that the class has made. I sat down next to one of our classmates, Diane. Drake sat next to me.

"Okay guys, were all here. Tomorrow we will start painting the beach. We have 2 hours tomorrow, then we can have free time around the island. We start at 12. Breakfast will be at 10." Ms Chandria said.

Everyone agreed. We had marshmallows.

Drake suddenly interwined our hands.

"I Love You Babe." he said while looking at me.

"Really?" I asked.

He nodded.

"Count all the stars." he said. I smiled at him because I know what he was going to say.

"That's impossible Drake."

He smiled at me and said "Well it's impossible to count all the reasons on why I love you."

I slapped him gently on the shoulder. I leaned my head into his shoulder. (Check Multimedia) He was feeding me marshmallows.

"Thank you Drake." I said.

After the little bonfire we had and chats, we all went back to the cabin.

"Guys, do you want to join the beds?" Sarah suggested.

"It's up to you guys." I said.

Suddenly, Drake and Alex pushed the beds together. I got ready for bed and set my alarm for 9am. I went on my phone and called my mom.

"Hi Ara! How are you doing?" she asked.

"I'm fine mom. Just finished getting ready for bed."

"Then go to bed na. You have to get up early tomorrow for sure. Goodnight baby."

"Goodnight mom. Love you both."

I ended the call and lay down next to Sarah. The position we are now goes

Me, Sarah, Alex, Drake

I looked at Drake and he smiled and said Goodnight. I did the same.

A long day tomorrow. Atleast we get a lot of freetime.

I closed my eyes and slept.
