Arwen's POV
The moment she laid my lacerated figure against the bed, I was ambushed by the poisonous arrows of fatigue; my head started to spin round and round as my body began to sink beyond the sheets, but I somehow feared the blackness that possesses one's mind; hence, I grimaced while tightly balling the sheets in my fists as I sincerely clung to reality with all my might.
Lamentably, in spite my effort, I was quick to loosen my grip for my consciousness was being obliviously dragged through the rugged tunnels of delusion.
Now standing before the blurry gates of delirium, I desperately prayed to wake up from this paralyzing nightmare, I prayed for someone to able to salvage what may remain of me after the wolves of darkness tear and feast upon my flesh.
