I'm sitting in a beautiful meadow, bright green grass, colorful flowers popping up everywhere, birds chirping like there's no tomorrow. I'm laying on a generic plaid picnic blanket. I'm smiling and sweetly singing along with the birds. It's so peaceful here-so nice. I notice a woman next to me. I didn't notice her there before, and looking at her now, her face is blurry and I can't tell who it is.
Wait a second, the face is becoming more clear.
No...... NO
She can't be here.
How the hell is she here?
She's gone.
She's supposed to be gone.
She turns to me, and whispers in my ear,
"Hey there, baby girl"
I reach out to hold her hand, hug her, anything, but as soon as I get close the meadow disappears, the birds become lightning clapping in the air, and now there's thunder storming over my head. The blue sky that was once there is now gone, and now replaced with dark grey clouds everywhere.
I get up and run, but every step I take somehow gets me nowhere for I remain in the same place, wishing I could just leave this place.
I turn around and she's right there. Staring at me.
"Just leave me alone!" I yelled.
She just keeps staring.
"YOU left ME!!!" I realize that tears are now running down my face faster than waterfalls.
"You chose to go away! You can't come back and keep haunting me like this!" You're not allowed to!"
She then looks down at her hands-and I see something I'll never forget. Blood is now pouring out of her wrists and is staining her sweater. Breathing is now becoming hard for me, as she just continues to stare at her wrists. I'm about to pass out or throw up or scream when she says,
"I'm sorry sweetheart" She then blows a kiss in my direction and disappears.

"NO!" I scream.
My eyes open faster than the wind, and I shoot out of sleep. I sit up, panting.
I'm sweating and my face is hotter than its ever been.
My eyes can't close, it's like they're being held open by imaginary hands.
I curl into a tight ball, and try to calm myself down.
I look over at the clock- 2:30 am. Even though it's way too early to get up, I know there's no way I'm going to go back to sleep now.
I can't believe that just happened. I'm scared. Really, incredibly scared.
I haven't had a dream about her in months.
But now she's back.
Oh great.
