so this is my first fan-fic! dont forget to vote er whatever. this is my first STORY on my WattPad account so erm.... i actually started writing the story on paper but then i found wattpad and i was like, 'hey! lets write it on here!' so yeah.

CHAPTER 1
'BEEP'
'BEEP'

Briar Holly groaned as she heard her alarm clock screeching for her to get up and get ready for school.
Briar was going to a school called Iwatobi High for the first time. She had moved from her old school, Calicreen Elementary. Not that she cared. Its not like she had any friends there anyway.
(CUE THE SAD MUSIC. LOOK UP "GOODNIGHT" UNDERTALE OST. OR "HIS THEME")
Ever since her best friend, Rose East, was murdered, Briar had basically shut herself off from everyone.
Even if she tried to make friends, she wouldn't have much success. Briar had always been a bit shy when it came to trying to make new friends. She always told herself she could do it, but everytime she was thinking about it, her social anxiety would take over, and she would just remain silent.
When Rose was still alive, she and Briar would always be laughing and pulling pranks on other people.
Until that night...
When Rose died, Briar's world fell apart. and worst of all, people did to briar the thing she feared most.
THEY WORRIED ABOUT HER.
They kept on asking if Briar was alright, if she needed help... it was to overwhelming. She broke down right as the math teacher was explaining decimals.
The next day, nobody asked her anything. It was relieving until she realized she was being shunnned. Even one of her friends, Ivy, who was there for Briar when Rose was at home pretending to be sick, wasnt giving her so much as a sideways glance. She was avoiding Briar everywhere.
But, Briar soon got used to it.
She had welcomed the loneliness with open arms.
It was now apart of her.
